The condo was perfect for exploring Seattle and Capitol Hill. Less than a 10 minute walk to the light rail station. The neighborhood is pretty urban and has mix of local denizens. We always felt safe. So many places to eat and shop. The condo is well furnished with everything you will need for cooking. The two bedrooms and 2 bath worked great for two couples as each sort of got a level. Modern contemporary styled. The beds and linens are very nice and what you would expect. Wouldn't hesitate to stay here again.

Townhome is in a great location with so many places to eat and shops within a 10 minute walk, Pike Place a 30 minute walk. Host was very responsive the entire trip if anything was needed. Would definitely stay here again if I come back to Seattle!

Not even a block from the light rail! Downtown is downhill! Fun area to explore.The accommodations were very comfortable and well-equipped. The host is communicative and helpful.I highly recommend this property for adults. There are a lot of steps from the entry to the rooftop... allowing for tall ceilings and strengthening calves!

Hosts are fantastic! Very attentive and great at answering questions. Phenomenal location, close to park, public transit, and easy walking distance to shops and restaurants. Very quiet as well. Would definitely stay there again!!

This place was awesome. It’s in the middle of everything, yet a quiet reprieve from the busy city life. It was clean and well appointed with everything we needed. The hosts were proactive, friendly, and responsive. They even had coffee stocked in the house. I absolutely recommend this place and look forward to staying here again.

Roof top was super cute. Walked to Glo’s for a good breakfast. Very clean property. Parking was challenging, but not terrible.

The place was exactly everything we hoped it would be! Location was great, the place was clean and had everything we were looking for in a homey atmosphere! My daughters loved the rooftop patio and it was nice to have a good home-cooked meal instead of eating out! The host was very friendly and communicated with us so well! We decided we would definitely stay here again in the future! 5 stars!

Perfect location

Condo location was perfect. Only a couple blocks from the light rail and within walking distance to anywhere in Capital Hill. The condo was pretty, big windows, comfortable beds, cozy, nice. We will stay here again, no doubt. Host responded quickly to any questions.

The unit was clean, but there is one issue. The walkway is unsafe after dark because there are steps that one cannot see. i fell against the fence. No injury, but it is essentially impossible to see in the dark.

This property is a gem! The location is excellent. You can walk to so many attractions if that’s what you like to do and very close to public transportation. The neighborhood is busy but had no issue finding parking. The property was very clean and well appointed. It was perfect for our family of three. I would absolutely book this space the next time we are in Seattle.

Great location and wonderful natural light. The widely used park across the street is a nice touch too. Property management was fantastic!! Very responsive and accommodating to our early arrival request. The stairs are rough for anyone carrying luggage but we knew it would be from the property description. I will confirm that the parking, also accurately described in the listing, is NOT fun nor easy. We used ride shares while in town so not an issue for us; however, a local friend came to visit for the day and it took many circles around the block and a law degree to find a spot. Again, not an issue for us but something to keep in mind for anyone driving. Overall, great experience.
