Had a fantastic short stay here before going on a cruise. Location was perfect 10min walk to the space needle and 30min to downtown. Loads of bars, restaurants and coffee shops within a few minutes walk

Location, location, location. Walkable to the space needle and monorail. Very safe area and amazing view of the city from the rooftop patio. Would highly recommend, and would stay here again.

Location was amazing close to needleAnd concert checked all the boxes for us and the kids. Checkout next time you’re in Seattle. Parking was available but we didn’t use a car here. Cheers. Til next time :)

Great location, close to all popular attractions and restaurants. Clean, however couch, chairs and rugs visibly dirty. Lots of stairs, and very warm in the 3rd floor bedroom. Check-in/ check-out process very easy.

We really enjoyed our stay here. Communication with the host was very easy (you will get your information day of your stay). The location is in a nice and quiet part of town, very close to public transit and a grocery store. The rooftop patio is delightful! The rooms were very clean and spacious. There are a lot of stairs to each room and bathroom, so keep that in mind for logistics purposes. We had an issue with the fridge making loud noises the first night, and the host immediately got someone to come over and fix the problem. Very prompt! We enjoyed this property.

The townhome is centrally located and has nice decor. As stated in other reviews, there are a lot of stairs. We were disappointed that we reached out on the first night of our two night stay due to the propane tank was empty. We booked the townhome primarily based on the first picture of the rooftop fire pit. I reached out to the host 2x and inquired if the tank could be replaced for the second night. The host didn't reply to the messages. We also sent two messages prior to arrival and the host didn't reply. We received auto generated messages only about check-in /check-out procedures. We spent quite a bit of money on the booking and we were disappointed that we never received any responses.

Great location with a beautiful view on the rooftop. The monorail/space needle/mopop is about a 10 minute walk away. There is also a nice cafe, a QFC market, a gas station, and a dominos basically on the same block which was very convenient. The rooms are on different floors so be prepared to get some steps in! The communication with the owner could have been better (messaged a few times with no response except for the automated ones?) but we really didn’t need anything from them so it turned out fine. Overall we would definitely rent this place again if we come back to Seattle!

Seattle Downtown Escape

We enjoyed this stay, the house, and the location. The views were great! The proximity to major sites were great! Check-in was easy and parking was never difficult. Next time we visit Seattle we will stay here again!

Perfect spot

We stayed here for three nights to attend a concert at Climate Pledge and do some shopping. The unit was perfect for four friends. We especially enjoyed the rooftop deck with its view of the Space Needle. There are lots of stairs in the unit which didn’t bother us at all, but it’s good to point out. Overall it was a great stay. Within walking distance to coffee shops and restaurants as well as Climate Pledge arena. We used Uber for everything else which was easy.

Excellent location/view

Four of us came to watch our college basketball team play at Climate Pledge Arena. This Vrbo location was only 1 mile from the arena and QFC grocery store was only 2 blocks away. We found a pretty nice outdoor pickleball/tennis court at Kinnear Park, about 9/10 mile away. The view from the top door bedroom was gorgeous as was the view from the outdoor roof patio with the fire pit when it wasn’t raining. The unit was very clean and the appliances were all new. The only downside is the unit is narrow and there are 5 flights of stairs from the main floor to the roof patio. I definitely got my steps in. We would definitely stay here again.
