Everything was perfect was spotless when we arrived the rooms were very accommodating for our family the location was perfect and we absolutely enjoyed our time here we definitely will book again in the future.

Excellent house and exactly what we hoped it would be. Only small negative was gas grill had no gas bottle, may have said bring your own but we didn’t see it if it did. Everything else was great.

The house was very clean and spacious. The location was perfect, beaches and stores close by. The back yard was nice and relaxing. We plan to come back and stay again next year in same property. Only complaints we have is all 4 of us got attacked by ants while out side and the yard could had been mowed. Other than that we had a great experience.

Nice family getaway

We loved the water access, nice bedrooms, away from noise and traffic; quite peaceful back porch and dock with beautiful sunrises. Plenty of room for 2-3 couples, children and small dogs, either to spend time together OR apart (lol). Wonderful property.

This cottage on the water is perfect for our family of fishermen, kids and a pet who like to cook. Sliding back doors open up to a green grass yard with a beautiful dock to sit watch the sunset. Very easy parking for a group with a boat as well. We will be back!

The home was nice overall, my Mother passed away shortly after I arrived and I had to leave for home. I hope to go back to Corpus Christi soon!

Great location. Quiet neighborhood but close to HEB and bate shops. Very nice clean dock but did not have electric or water. Great view of the bay. Loved the house but could use a little TLC. Also be aware the yard is not completely fenced so keep an eye on dogs and young kids. Kitchen was very well stocked with pots,pans, toaster, blender,etc. We had a few minor issues but host was very quick to respond. Would rent again.

Such a great location so close to the beach. Well stocked and roomy. The backyard in the dock were great and very convenient. The backyard and the dock were great and very convenient.

Perfect Family Gathering Place

It was a perfect house for several small families. Plenty of room for parents and kids!!! Perfect location for water and fun!!! Had everything we needed to cook and enjoy family Christmas!!

There were a couple of SAFETY ISSUES that need to be resolved. The latch on the gate that was supposed to keep young children or dogs from entering the water area was broken. My son was able to fix it. The grass was not mowed and the outdoor garbage was filled to overflowing. My elderly mother left the premises after the first day, because she fell in the very slick bathtub. There are no safety stickers on the tub or handrails. It was a miracle that she was not hurt. These maintenance issues need to be addressed. Also, there was no internet when we arrived. My son was planning on working remotely, so this was not good. They did finally resolve it, but it took quite a few phone calls to make that happen. We actually did enjoy our stay there despite these issues. The property is delightful. We enjoyed the large deck that overlooks the water! Except for my Mom, we all enjoyed the stay.
