This was a perfect vacation home for our small family. Close to the museum andaquarium.

The property was actually awesome. The house had everything we needed & it was nicer than the photos on the listing. They even had a few extra conveniences left for their guests like beach towels hygiene products, and games which was really thoughtful.Our only complaint was that we were unable to get in contact with Vacasa to address a couple concerns to make sure a few damages were already known about before our stay & we were instantly greeted with a few crazy ants that quickly escalated into an issue needing constant attention. To be fair, it seems Corpus has a major issue with these critters and it is an almost unavoidable issue with little fault to the property owner- it would have just been nice to be aware in advance to be able to treat truck tires to prevent a major infestation of our vehicle and plan to protect medical equipment a bit better.

We had a wonderful stay at this property! The home itself is absolutely beautiful—clean, well-maintained, and thoughtfully decorated, making it feel both comfortable and special from the moment we arrived. Every detail seemed to be taken care of, which made it easy to relax and enjoy our time.The location couldn’t have been better. It was close to so many fun things to do, from great restaurants to local attractions, yet still felt peaceful and private when we wanted to unwind. It was the perfect balance of convenience and escape.We truly enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a great getaway. We’d definitely come back again!

House was great! All appliances worked and great beach location. It was quiet in the area and not crowded and not too populated. Out of the city business but close enough to enjoy and access city stores. We will definitely keep this as a favorite and return again.

We had a great time at The Blue Pelican! This vacation home was perfect for us. The home was clean, convenient & within walking distance close to the beach & restaurants. We enjoyed our stay & will book again next year!

Quiet, convenient, ocean view property

We enjoyed our stay at The Blue Pelican beach house! It was clean, quiet & comfy with all the amenities & walking distance to the beach & restaurants. Check in / out was super easy. We had a nice relaxing vacation!

Beautiful stay

Went with girlfriends for a weekend getaway. Had a wonderful stay, the place was perfectly clean and exceeded our expectations. We definitely plan to return.

Wonderful Beach House

We loved everything about this house. It was clean, spacious, and equipped with everything you need for a comfortable home away from home. We especially loved how close it was to the beach and that it was a short drive into town. We hope to revisit again!

The house was lovely and in a great location by the beach and the Aquarium which my grandson love. Exactly as shown in photos. I did not like being required to download an app from a company I do not know to check in.

First time to the ocean.

My husband took me to see the ocean for the first time for my 50th birthday. The house was beautiful and very close to the water. We will definitely be back to visit again.

Enjoyable

Decently located to get around various places within corpus and island. Lexington about 1 mile walk down the beach. Overall clean and amenities provided. Plenty of towels.

I have waited two weeks to do this review after our departure and a lengthy email to Casago, the new management for this property. No response from them at all. They have an ant problem, I submitted pictures. They have cracked tile flooring around the home to where it is a danger to walk barefoot in the home. Subfloor issues with soft spots (probably what is cracking the tile) and the photos online present with newer stainless steel refrigerator with ice and water dispenser...don't expect these to work because they don't. Very misleading photos and should be noted that they are not available in the listing. I attempted numerous times to get in contact with Casago before our trip because they had just taken over management and I wanted to be sure everything was in place. Even after getting a manager from Casago(sister company) involved Casago still did not reach out to me. Very disappointed with this whole experience. We did not call while we were there for the ant issue because we didn't want to have someone spray while we were there and my husband is sensitive to smells. We laid out ant traps we purchased at the store ourselves. Disappointed.

Spring Break fun

I loved everything about this property, the location was perfect. We struggled with the lock key pad a few times but it was fine it eventually worked. The property was clean and had everything inside to maintain the cleanliness. I t was perfect for a family of 5. I would definitely consider stying here again.

Amazing Location and Property

We thoroughly enjoyed this property. The access to the beach is perfect (just don't get off the path in the marshy land or you will be attacked by mosquitos.) The home itself was immaculate. Cleanliness was upmost. The amount of rooms and beds were perfect for our vacation. Thank you!
