*Please be aware before booking: The exterior of the complex is currently undergoing construction, repairs, and renovations from Hurricane Harvey, Hurricane Hanna, and the 2021 Freeze. This may include exterior building, flooring, roofing, stairwell, and elevator repairs. Inside the rental unit is peaceful and relaxing for you to enjoy while you explore the Coastal Bend!*

Welcome to Surfside Retreat. Our 420 square foot condo is perfect for your next beach vacation! Updated rental with fantastic bay views. Relax in the living area, listen to the ocean from the balcony, or enjoy the Roku TV. Fall asleep on the new queen memory foam mattress in the bedroom. Bunk beds, and a queen size memory foam sofa sleeper. Sleeps 6 max. Beach is steps away. Two pools and BBQ area. Be our guest. Daily and weekly rates available.

The condo is located on Corpus Christi's North Beach. The area in front of the condo feels like your own private beach. North Beach is a nice, quiet area. We are within walking distance to Texas State Aquarium, USS Lexington, restaurants, bars and shops. There is a 2 mile walkway along the beach.

Additional Information
- Must be 21 or older in order to book with us
- Quiet hours from 10:00 pm to 9:00 am
- Guests are allotted two vehicles per unit. Additional cars are $10 per car, up to 4 cars
- One time check-in resort fee of $20
- Unit is on the 2nd floor, accessible by elevator or stairs
- Check-in after 3 PM and Check-out by 11 AM
- Please take out trash and do dishes before leaving
- Absolutely no smoking or vaping of any kind. $250 cleaning fee will apply
- Damages to property could result in fines

Spot is perfect for a trip to the beach! The beach is just a few steps away and the room is beautiful! Not small and not big, just perfect! Even better for couples!!

Beach access and view were perfect. Enjoyed the free parking, easy to get to beach and then back to room. No elevator, so stairs, but no worries. Used the charcoal grill for burger and turned out great. An addition of grill utensils would be a bonus next time. Overall cleanliness was ok. Had to wash cutting board and wipe off counters. Decor was pretty coastal themed. Enjoyed the stay.

This rental was quaint and had great access to the beach. The property was "under construction" and did not have a working elevator (difficult with shlepping luggage up 3flights of stairs). The rental itself was great for basics but we had two people(my friend and me) so used the very uncomfortable pullout rather than the very narrow twin beds(perfect for kids) or sharing the double. Great price for the basics that were needed.

Check in was very smooth, person at front desk was very professional and nice. The host is quick to respond to all messages. As it states in the description the building is under construction, it’s not a mess like I visualized it’s very quiet and clean.Only thing I can complain about and it has nothing to do with the host was that the elevators were out. It was a bit of a hassle getting everything up flights. We kept all the beach stuff in the car and would take out when we headed to the beach. I saw many others doing the same. But I recommend the place.

The facility was run down and dirty. The room itself was surface level clean but really needed a deep cleaning. Dishes were dirty, lots of dust/dirt on baseboards, stove top trays were filthy; not the experience we were expecting. The host however did allow early check-in which was appreciated.

Booked here to get away from Christmas Atmosphere, was very nice. No construction at the time and the elevator did work. I more than likely come back one day.

Girls birthday trip

Overall pretty nice place. A little smaller than anticipated but nothing crazy. Great access to the beach. Friendly and easy check in and check out process. Shower pressure could be better, I suggest bringing a cup into the shower. Overall we enjoyed it.

We have had great experiences with VRBO vacation rentals which prompted us to want to share our property with others. We love the beach and ocean and have always enjoyed vacationing in the gulf coast area in Texas, especially Corpus Christi and the surrounding areas. In fact, after purchasing our condo, we decided to move to the area and now live here full-time. We love to dine out and enjoy the fresh seafood found in the area. As a host we want to provide an attractive and inviting setting where you can relax and enjoy your time with a home-like atmosphere. Our life motto: If plan A didn't work, relax, there are 25 other letters.
