No BBQ pit only for the lower-level units. Dirty Pool. Loud alarm. Electricity Braker issues. Was...

We’re glad to hear you appreciated the home’s convenient walking distance to the beach, but we’re sorry to hear that other aspects of your stay did not meet expectations. Following your comments, the electrical breaker and dryer outlet were inspected, and the outlet was replaced to resolve the tripping issue. Regarding the alarm system, there are clear instructions posted on the panel for disarming it, and it is unclear how it was activated during your stay. The pool condition has also been addressed by the HOA. We appreciate you bringing these concerns to our attention, as it helps us ensure everything is functioning properly for future guests.

Location was great. Short walk to beach. Parking if you have more than 2 cars can be tricky. Condo had all the needed amenities. Would have been nice to have some shade at the pool, but overall great stay. We also had a good view of summer fireworks from balcony. Only thing that kept from making it excellent, electric breaker kept tripping. We had to make several trips outside to flip the breaker. Prop Manager was responsive.

The ice maker did not work and had strange things left in it.Vacasa reached out shortly after we checked in. Great location on the island.

Nice stay, however bed sheets and pillow shams were not cleaned very well. There were dirty spots and even hair on the sheets and comforter

Nice property, excelent decoration , very Nice location what we we're really suprised was that it was everything what we can need including funny games, amenities, wifi, we we're very happy in and outside they only thing that wey can suggest si a bigger and new bbq grill wonderful property

Great place to stay!

Absolutely incredible stay! This place exceeded all of our expectations. The apartment is beautifully decorated, and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The location was perfect, with easy access to the beach and plenty of great restaurants and shops nearby. All though the cleaning crew needs to pay more attention to details, specially when cleaning restrooms, behind doors and underneath beds as we found some trash that has left by the previous renters. Our host was fantastic, communicating promptly and clearly throughout our stay. We would highly recommend Acapulco #2 to anyone looking for a wonderful place to stay. We can't wait to come back!"

Well stocked kitchen

2nd level condo with 3 bedrooms within walking distance to the beach & restaurants. The duplex provides most kitchen items you would need to cook your meals. The dryer had issues but Vacasa had a repairman there that day to fix it.

Beach is super close

Although it’s upstairs I felt it was sturdy and not slippery. Had an iron/iron board, kitchen utensils and plates/cups. Toaster, air fryer crockpot. Tv in every room. Washer/dryer but will need to bring washing products. Lots of towels including 3 beach towels. Enough parking for 3 cars. Walk to beach within 4 mins.

Birthday weekend for my kiddo!

The check-in process was extremely easy. The unit is well furnished. Sheets were absolutely clean, and fresh! Love the smell of freshly washed bedliner. Kitchen is fully stocked. Making cooking for my kiddos very easy. Wi-Fi was very good. Had movie night with the kids. As well as game night. The games provided were great to keep my children occupied.

Great Location and Spacious

This property was immaculate. Pictures do not provide a true picture as this was very spacious with 7 people which were all mostly adults. Bedrooms were huge, spacious, master closet was massive to store suitcases/bags. Kitchen was very well stocked with almost every appliance you can think of. A few things to prepare for is there is not a lot of towels, I would highly recommend bringing extra If your staying for a few days. The 10 digit door code was a little annoying, and parking is very tight. Great neighbors help though.

Acapulco 2

If you are looking for a place close to the beach where you are out all day and just need a space to sleep, then this is it. We arrived before 4 pm. But they don't except early check it. Then, the front door entrance was filthy. A bird pooped on it, and egg shells were broken on the mat. Poop was all over...horrible. They never came to clean it. We had to step over it all weekend. There was no ice. It seemed like they just turned the refrigerator on. It finally cooled the next day. You will need to take your own trash bags, dishwashing soap, and beach towels. They finally brought some. Oh, bring detergent as well if you want to wash. The bathrooms have containers in them both but they were all empty. Bring your own shampoo and conditioner, too. They do not provide any of this! The key push buttons were not working right and couldn't get in at times but I asked for a key and thankfully there is one.
