Such a beautiful house on the coast. We will definitely look to stay here again in the near future. Perfect location and the house was beautifully equipped and furnished. Recommend!

This was my second stay at this beautiful home. It was peaceful & quiet. Communicating with the host was wonderful with quick responses. I highly recommend this home for your next getaway.

A great long weekend of fun and sun

The location was close but not too far from our Rockport fishing spots. We enjoyed our stay and would recommend this property in the future.

The home was fine overall. The beds were squeaky and rolled slightly so I would suggest upgrading the beds. The water in the frig tasted a little off. I would suggest looking at the filters. One of the dining chairs has a bad leg and could be a safety hazard I would check all of them or change them out. Other than that it’s a nice home. The c

Fantastic!

We loved having so much space! The area is gorgeous and we never felt the need to leave the property with the beautiful pier (for fishing) and the water and seashells. It was perfect for our family and we will definitely be back!

Neat Little Beach House

Very pretty little house! Very clean with a well equipped kitchen! Loved each bedroom having it's own bath! Access to a fishing dock and beach was close and nice. We had a great time and would stay here again! Stores and restaurants were easily available.

Great 3 b/3 bath

Just a quick weekend for our family. Access to a pier and pool The house was perfect for us and the neighborhood is really cute. Parking is tight - if you have a large truck you might want to park at the pool area.

Weekend fishing getaway during market days.

We enjoyed the private pier. It was really dark at the entrance and had a hard time finding the driveway a light would really be helpful.

Modern, simple, close to the beach

Newer rental, nice layout for bedrooms, furniture was comfortable, the dock was awesome, Except the lights weren’t working on it. The pool is beautiful.

Mini vacay

We had a great time, definitely going back soon. The pool was a little shallow for our 5’11 grandson lol, it was windy so we didn’t get in. My husband loved the pier. Thank you so much, the neighbor was very helpful in helping us locate pier key. Have a great day.

Sunset Sail Rockport Tx

The property was very clean, modern, and comfortable. Opportunity areas: three different Televisions very difficult to operate. Window blinds: several could not be opened to let in natural light.

Spacious and comfortable. One bedroom was unusually warm. The AC didn't effectively cool in that room. We killed or found several roaches. Pest control seems needed. It would be nice if there was a Keurig alongside the regular coffee pot. That's a small investment that helps weekend travelers more easily manage coffee.

Mellow Yellow

This home is absolutely beautiful. It’s located in a very quiet neighborhood. There is so much to do & see. There is a private community beach, pier & pool. The Rockport beach is nearby. You can also drive about 30 minutes away to Port Aransas to ride the ferry & check out Robert’s Point Park to fish & look at dolphins & birds. Then you can head out to Port Aransas Beach where you can find beautiful sea shells, see dolphins & you may locate sea turtles! In Rockport, I enjoyed a 3 hour bird watching tour with Rockport Birding and Kayaking.You get to see more dolphins too. If you’re looking for a quiet place to relax, this is it! I really enjoyed my stay.
