Stayed here a year ago and it was the perfect spot. Sadly that was not the case this time. The house had all kinds of bugs everywhere including the fridge, dirty sheets upstairs for pullout couch, trash bin was full of brush, 1/2 of the lights were out upstairs. We booked because as mentioned previous owner had the townhome very clean and it was spacious for my little family. As if all that wasn’t enough my son woke up with bites all over his neck. For the cost this should not have been our experience at all!!

Everything was perfect in the room. It was very spacious, clean and great neighborhood. I would definitely recommend it to friends and family.

Great place near beach. …

Only downside was an issue with the internet and they were very responsive in trying to help us.

Perfect Townhouse

Loved this comfortable house. Great space, cozy decor (so glad it isn't following the ultra modern trend). Plenty of space for kids & family or a group of adult friends traveling together.

Perfect Family Place

This was the perfect place for my child and I to stay at Padre Island. Our first time traveling to this location in Texas, the layout was spacious, and we had everything we needed to relax, play, cook, and rest. We weren't traveling for new home decor, or fancy hotels - we wanted a home that would make us feel welcome - and this was it! Highly recommend.

Great location

This condo is in the perfect location. Large kitchen allowed for family meals. The kids loved the availability of the pool. It was a wonderful trip. This review was submitted while the home was managed by a different property management company.

Great Townhome, Small Pool

The property was clean and our stay was great! Plenty of room for our family of 4 and bonus of being able to park our car in the garage during our stay. The pool is deceivingly small, however the beach is right up the road. The grill worked great and we truly enjoyed our stay. Thank you to these homeowners for a wonderful property! Definitely will recommend for others visiting the Corpus Area.

Great location

Older townhomes but very clean and in an excellent location. It accommodated 3 couples with plenty of room. Maybe needs new carpet in downstairs bedroom but doable and we would definitely stay again. We don’t spend a lot of time in our rooms. For the price we would recommend.

Great spot by the beach!

We had 8 in our party and felt very comfortable! The community is so friendly and the pool was nice to go back to after the beach! Its across from the beach access road so it was perfect! Also loved sitting outside in the morning with my coffee so peaceful. Can`t wait to go back! This review was submitted while the home was managed by a different property management company.
