Outdoor Living & Waterfront Fun

Step out onto the multi-level decks equipped with outdoor dining tables, a red patio umbrella, sunbathing loungers, and yard games. Walk down to your private waterfront access—complete with 2 paddleboards and 1 kayak included for your stay. You'll also enjoy a unique front entry with a bridge over dual recirculating water ponds and a spacious 2-car garage with ample driveway parking.

Cool Lake Breeze & Seasonal Comfort: Thanks to its direct lakefront location and mature shade trees, the home naturally stays remarkably cool—even during Western Washington's few extra-hot summer days.

Sleeping Arrangements

This home comfortably sleeps up to 15 guests across a variety of setups:

4 Bedrooms — each with a queen bed (sleeps 8)
Living Room 1 — sectional couch, sleeps 2 comfortably
Living Room 2 — sectional couch, sleeps 2 comfortably
Game Room — built-in window daybed, sleeps 1 (sunny nook by day, cozy bed by night)

The floor mattress and camping cot are stored in the garage. Extra bedding for all sleeping areas is stored in the bedroom closets.

Important to Note: Like most homes in Western Washington, we do not have central AC. We do provide portable AC units and fans that guests have found keep the home very comfortable during warmer weather. If central air conditioning is essential to your comfort, please be aware that this home may not be the best fit for your stay.
