This is a 4 bedroom, 2 bathroom home. New ductless AC. New siding, windows, decking, and paint; refreshed grounds with brand new retaining walls and landscaping. $100,000 in recent improvements (2025 and 2026).

There is a private outdoor shower and brand new decking. You can sit on one of the two outdoor decks. You can use the private dock right on the lake and catch fish, sit at the beach, kayak, SUP, etc.

FIrepit, bocce court and horsehoes.

4 bedrooms with 4 queen beds. Most of the beds are Casper or Purple.

2 full bathrooms and a lovely outdoor shower. Stackable washer and dryer.

A separate studio apartment in the basement area for privacy.

Full, but smaller and intelligently designed kitchen. We have hosted Thanksgiving here, so everything you would need is available. Parking is available for at least 5 cars.

Great family getaway

House was exactly as advertised, very clean, easy check in. Enjoyed the toys on the lake. Easy access to ferry to Martha’s Vineyard and beaches.

World class vacation

On a scale of 1-10, this rental is about a 14.The cottage appears to have been recently refurbished and as a result is in pristine condition.All communication with the owners was timely and responsible.We had a wonderful weeklong vacation, and could not recommend highly enough.

Amazing Vacation Property

We had an amazing vacation on Jenkins pond. The house was so clean and comfortable. The pond and amenities were fantastic. We enjoyed the paddle board, kayaks and rowboat. It was so relaxing being on the pond and also being able to take a quick drive to the beach. I would highly recommend this home for your vacation. We would love to stay again!

Great vacation house!!

We had a terrific time at this property. Great location to shopping, restaurants and beaches. The house itself is beautiful and clean. The owners labeled everything so we could easily locate items. The outside area was outstanding!! Dock with chairs and kayaks and a small rowboat was a big hit with the kids. The firepit,horseshoe pit and gazebo were also great! The decks with views are terrific. We would definitely re-visit this property!

Nice property!

The house was definitely as advertised! Definitely the type of property where you can just hang out and not have to venture far as you are on the water. But if you do, it's a short drive to everything! We definitely enjoyed our stay and would rent here again - there were a few issues that occurred (out of anyone's "hands") and the owners were communicative and helpful to resolve them.

Fantastic Place

Our stay included stop by visits from 4 generations of our family. Super clean and had everything there from coffee, firewood to tables and games. The lake was clean and the kayaks and row boat were fun. The biggest feedback from the family was the different areas to hang out ie...the house,balcony, under balcony, the dock and around the firepit. Owners were very responsive. By far, the most stocked house we have every stayed out. 5 STARS!

Fantastic Family Getaway

My family and I had a great time at this property. The layout of the house, basement apartment, and various outdoor spaces allowed for both easy gathering and space for peaceful retreats. The property's location was ideal for exploring the surrounding area and allowed for easy day trips to Martha’s Vineyard, the beach, or exploring other parts of the Cape. But we found we spent most of our time enjoying the lake - swimming, paddle-boarding, and kayaking. The property was clean, and the amenities provided added to our comfort and convenience. I would definitely return!

Quiet getaway

This was supposed to have been a family and friends beach vacation, but my father passed away after a long illness just a few weeks prior, so the stay was a little more subdued and healing. But it was the perfect place for that - we really enjoyed kayaking on the pond and just sitting together on the patio. We made a couple of excursions, but mostly we just stayed close to the house. It was just what we needed! Thank you to our hosts for providing such a lovely property.

Cape Escape

Our family had a lovely time on Jenkins Pond. The house and grounds are exceptionally maintained. In addition to swimming, kayaking, and paddle-boarding in the lake, we also had many bocce and cornhole tournaments in the yard. The big table in the front room was perfect for our family of 8, whether we were playing board games or eating meals. The bedrooms were all comfortable -- 3 out of the 4 came with tvs! -- and also situated in a way that provided privacy, which was nice. And of course, there is nothing better than a cold beer in an outdoor shower! Jason was an excellent host; the check-in process and all communications were friendly and efficient. I would not hesitate to recommend this listing to a family looking for some relaxing "lake life".

Perfect family getaway!

We loved everything about this house!! We visited with our three 20-something children and their partners! We each had a bedroom and the downstairs apartment was perfect for me and my husband. Check-in was a breeze and the house was spotless. The kitchen was very well-appointed - we had everything that we needed to cook. We made breakfast in the house every morning and barbecued a few times. We absolutely loved the lake and dock! We went kayaking and row boating every day and spent our days lounging and swimming in the lake. The lake is warm and very clean. At night we barbecued and made a camp fire, which was a blast! The linens were soft and clean and the AC/fans kept the house nice and cool. We really enjoyed the town of Falmouth and also visited Hyannis and Martha’s Vineyard while we were there. We will definitely be back! Thank you for your hospitality!!

Fab lakeside getaway

This is a very well equipt house with everything you might need in the kitchen in terms of appliances - there were 4 different types of coffee machine! WiFi speed was good, we loved the outdoor shower and pond access and the air con was very effective in all rooms and the view from the office desk is fabulous. Outside there are lots of different seating areas to catch the sun or shade at different times of the day. We used the flat lawn and facilities for small ball games and cornhole. There is a small rowing boat, 2 kayaks and a SUP with a few paddles. As this is a families own holiday home that they share there are lots of personal touches that make it feel very homely, it is not a clinical minalmist property.The recommendations that were provided and the house instructions were very comprehensive and helpful.It’s a great base to explore Falmouth, surrounding beaches and areas and ferries to Martha’s Vineyard and whale watching from Hyannis.If staying here you need a good big repellant and a car. We stayed as a family of 4 with 2 teens that had lots of fun exploring the pond by paddle and swimming independently.

Clean and dog friendly!

We stayed here the week of 7/17-23 and loved the property! Four adults and one college age person so the basement/downstairs studio was perfect for her. The house is clean, well stocked with everything you will need as far as bedding, towels, utensils etc. There’s an outdoor shower in addition to the two bathrooms and it was the family favorite, it has a nice zen like vibe. Great water pressure and plenty of hot water too!! Very easy for the pups especially if they like to swim. The pond is nice, I would recommend bringing water sandals or shoes as it’s a little mucky. The water is clean and clear! We brought floats and rafted them together for a fun social hangout when family suited for the day. Paddle boat not operational. But there’s 4 kayaks a row boat and one paddle board already there. The one thing I would mention is the beds are okay and quite small and there are two queens and two doubles. My husband and I ended up splitting up so we were a little disappointed but we made it work. Have a great time!!

Loved spending my mornings on a Adirondack chair watching the sun rise over the lake. This is a such a lovely spot and perfect for a relaxing lake retreat with friends. The kayaks and paddle board were such a nice amenity and made it easy to fully enjoy the lake.

Lakefront

Living by the lake was great. The kayaks and SUP were a hit. It was a big plus having our dog with us during the stay.

Excellent house, great for families

We really enjoyed our stay. The house is very nice and spacious. Good facilities and had everything we needed for our stay. There is a nice little Bocce court along with lake access. We kayaked everyday and played Bocce. Walks around the neighborhood was also very pleasant. The owner was extremely responsive when we had issues with the hot water. The property is well located, close to shops and town. For those who have friends or family that want a bit more privacy, there is an in-law suite that has a separate entrance from the main house. Highly recommend this place.

Fabulous Pond Life!

My husband and I had the pleasure of staying at Jason's place on Jenkins Pond for two weeks with a couple of our two- and four-legged friends. The house was nicely appointed with everything you could need for indoor and outdoor entertainment. We especially appreciated the kayaks and the SUP, which we used almost every day. The deck facing the pond was also a hit, particularly in the mornings, while enjoying our coffee/tea. The beds were comfortable and all the showers had nice water pressure and ample hot. We will note that the bathroom pump is the studio apartment is noisy, so for those with pets who are sensitive to sounds, you might want to keep them upstairs. The studio apartment is nicely appointed and our friend who stayed there did not have an issue going outside to access the main house. The house is located pretty much 5-15 minute drive from everything you need/places to go, including the Downtown Falmouth, beaches, and the Martha's Vineyard ferry, which also makes this home a great choice. Communication with Jason was super easy and all in all, I would not hesitate to stay at his place again. Highly recommend!

We usually have a little bit of soundproofing around the wood that surrounds the pump, but the tenants two weeks before you actually broke the pump so we had to replace it with a new one right before your stay and didn’t get a chance to put new soundproofing so that makes total sense. Amazing week on Jenkins Pond

I can't say enough about this wonderful property on Jenkins Pond in Falmouth. The property did not disappoint. We swam, used the kayaks and paddle boarded the week away. The interior was lovely and there was plenty of room for all of us. The downstairs was a bit musty smelling, but not that bad and my daughter, who slept in the room didn't seem to mind. All in all a fabulous family week. Would definately rent again!

Fantastic location, fabulous and clean pond, and clean house!

Had a great stay at this property. Enjoyed swimming, paddle boarding, and kayaking on this crystal clear pond. Plenty of space in the house to spread out. Back deck, overlooking the lake, was fabulous. House included all the amenities you need. Downtown Falmouth just 10 minutes away.. I highly recommend this property for your next family vacation!
