We were close to the ocean center and the great snorkeling spots. The garden center was just down the road. Close enough to all the best food trucks. The room had great beach access and an awesome view. It felt like home away from home. The room and living quarters were clean. We had everything we needed to cook and serve a meal. The host was great. They addressed a small issue we had with our parking pass. Also we showed up a couple of hours earlier than we were supposed to and we were allowed to check in early. We had an excellent time and hope to stay here again soon.

Beautiful View

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This condo was just as expected from the listing. Very clean, had everything needed. Very quiet. Enjoyed our stay.

This was a beautiful location. Enjoyed the sunset from balcony. Very quiet. Enjoyed our morning walks on the beach and seeing turtles resting on the beach as well. Great communication with the host.

Great location. Grounds and unit were well taken care of. Well stocked bathroom and kitchen, with appliances and cookware that looked practically new. The view was amazing all the time! Would definitely recommend. The only minor drawback was the uneven cooling due to two ac units, but the ceiling fans helped a lot.

The views from the living room and Lanai are unbeatable. Watching whales breech from the Lanai was absolutely amazing. This was a great condo with a great kitchen, super comfy living room and a great bedroom. You can fall asleep to the sound of the ocean. We would definitely stay here again.

Spectacular view, very clean, as described. Laundry in room a definite plus.Bedroom window views adjacent road below. Early morning traffic noise, Easily overlooked as room was great.No communication with management company beyond emails/text messages. None really needed but other travelling companions had welcoming personal phone calls from their hosts to confirm everything was ok. Nice touch.

Beautiful view

Loved Kia Lagoon , the view was spectacular Beautiful sunsets, relaxing environment, loved the beach walks saw sleeping turtles on the beach often! People very friendly & close to many restaurants! Highly recommend Koa Lagoon!

Awesome Place

Loved the location of this condo. It was right on the beach, had a nice pool area and was a beautiful place for my first visit to Maui. Would definitely recommend.

Absolutely beautiful!

Watching the sunset from the balcony was amazing and the view is absolutely breathtaking! My husband and I loved the location and really appreciated that a cooler and beach chairs were provided. Thank you for letting us stay at your place and we highly recommend!

Beautiful beach front condo - Kihei

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The view from the deck was stunning with many hours relaxing out there with our binoculars. The bed was very comfortable and despite the bedroom being on the busy road - the noise level wasn't bad. We did not cook in the condo but the kitchen was set up for our needs. We appreciated being a little north of all the hustle and bustle on the busy Kihei restaurants and shopping. It was definitely a quiet place in paradise. My only comment would be that I picked this condo for the beautiful view and that was perfect. The other thing I had looked at was the chairs and couch for relaxation and how comfortable they would be - while they were fine they were not the recliners shown in the property's description.
