We loved our stay at Kurt’s place. Everything was very comfortable, the location was perfect, and the view unbeatable. Kurt was responsive to our questions and is a great host. We would definitely return!

We had a fantastic stay at this Mission Beach waterfront (literally steps from the beach) rental. The owner provided clear instructions on accessing the rental that were very helpful. All of the provisions and extras provided checked every box and overall the whole experience was smooth and easy. It was clean and easy to feel at home. There is even a binder that provides great recommendations for things to do and restaurants to eat at. We will be renting this condo again on future vacations.

Wonderful property! We enjoyed hanging here and enjoying the view so much, we went wandering around less than normal. We did have one small issue, and it was taken care of promptly with no interruptions! Loved this trip, and this place was the highlight!

Perfect location!

Kurt is the perfect host!The place is super cute and perfect for the 2 of us.Restaurants & fun in walking distance.Great people & wave watching.We would definitely stay here again!

Easy parking, access, and checkin. Host was very responsive to questions. Condo is small but perfect for a couple. Nicely finished and furnished. Location is ideal. Would stay there again.

Great stay in San Diego

This condo was comfortable with great views. It is perfectly situated in the middle of a two-mile long stretch of beach. Being one floor above the boardwalk was nice. It was easy to drive to the Zoo, USS Midway, Torrey Pines, Point Loma and the airport. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Amazing beach front condo

It doesn’t get much better than this. Great view of mission beach and walking distance from the grocery store, coffee, and dining. Clean and comfortable.

Convenient

Location was wonderful! Inside was very clean with updated furniture and appliances. TV was easy to use. Beach chairs were available. Everything was great!

Excellent place to stay

Everything was great! The view was beautiful, communication with the host was prompt and helpful, the place was super clean, the bed was comfortable. The sleeper sofa was not comfortable for sitting but would have been a good place for additional guests to sleep (except for the fact that to get to the bathroom you would have to go through the bedroom.) we had a wonderful time overall and would stay again!

Excellent Location

This was a perfect location. It is a short drive to airport. The property is right on the mission beach board walk, which allows access directly to the beach. There are many places to eat within walking distance and if you enjoy walking/running you can go for miles along the beach as well as Mission Bay. We would stay here again, for another short get away.

Perfect

This was the perfect location, right on the beach. Quiet & Clean. We learned about OB legend SLO Mo and enjoyed how friendly everyone was on the boardwalk. We will book again!

Wave Watcher Paradise

You never leave the beach when you're staying at this gem. The second floor location / balcony and reflective windows offer plenty of privacy while you are front and center for all the action. We booked our next stay before the first one even ended. Terrific owner, very responsive.

Wonderful little gem at the beach!

We loved our week here. Such a perfect gem for a small family. Immaculate and well stocked kitchen, comfortable bed, unbeatable location! Kurt was very attentive and helpful. Plenty of restaurants right within walking distance, and a Ralphs close by. We definitely hope to be back. Thanks again!

Abstolutely perfect experience!

We loved every minute of our stay. The condo was perfect with the great views of ocean, boardwalk for people watching and sunsets. The mirrors on wall let you catch of glimpse of the ocean and sun from every angle. We opted to eat in more often to better enjoy the view. It had everything we needed and the bed was really comfortable. We would stay there again if returning. Overall the area was quiet at night and we could walk to get about anything we needed.

On the beach

This small apartment had everything we needed. Even a blender, toaster and washer/dryer. I might add a little color to the decor, but I really have no complaints. Thanks, Kurt.

What a delight!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this ocean front condo. It was the perfect size for the two of us with everything we could possibly want. The bed is comfortable and listening to the waves at night was very relaxing. We watched yoga classes on the beach and surfing lessons in the ocean, all from our living room or the patio. Fantastic, all day beach

The property was just fantastic! The distance to the beach is literally a "stones throw" away...even if you don't throw so good! In between that distance from the patio to the beach is the boardwalk. A literal parade of people! BUT....the privacy glass makes it so NOBODY can see into the living quarters! INCREDIBLE! We will never go to another property in San Diego for Vacation!
