The apartment is literally just steps from the beach, no more than 100 yards away, if that! It is thoughtfully equipped with everything you could possibly need for a comfortable and enjoyable stay. The management team is exceptionally attentive, easy to communicate with, and remarkably quick to respond to any questions or requests.As an added bonus, beach umbrellas, towels, and boards for those who enjoy the waves are all provided for your convenience. Everything is in place to make your beach getaway as relaxing and enjoyable as possible.It is also worth mentioning that at a walking distance you have a Ralph’s supermarket that is great. Book and enjoy.

We had the most awesome time In San Diego!! The listing of the rental was spot on 100% & Aaron was responsive when I had questions. The Beach was so close! :) We loved that we were able to use the boogie boards and chairs while going to the beach. We also used the free rental of pedal bikes and that was so fun to ride for a few hrs. We enjoyed our 2 day stay. We will definitley rent this rental again!!

The host was a 10. The units walls were dirty. I had to clean the floors. The rental upstairs was loud all night. The location was great. I booked based on 10 reviews. I would give it a 6

Beach vacation

The house was very clean and comfortable, we met a staff member and she was very nice and welcoming. The property was beautiful and we were only a few steps from the sand, it was so convenient and relaxing!

Excellent location

This place place is perfect to enjoy both the bay and the ocean excellent location parking spot and everyone is very friendly in this little complex i would definitely recommend it to my friend and family

Location was incredible

Great spot, will come again

We had a great time at this place. Very nice spot with great access to the beach and the nearby areas. The place is perfect for 2-3 people that want a nice get away. Would definitely come again.

Quiet weekend away

Great location. As many reviews stated, furniture is different from pictures but still nice. Easy access to beach and bay with everything u need to enjoy. Parking was tight but we rented a small car at the advice of owner so it was perfect! Great deal for the cost. Would stay again.
