A hidden gem . Very clean and well kept. Private. Was in town for a wedding in PA . Saw a few bald eagles and a bunch of deer . Awesome place for a couple.

Tara and Nate, thank you for being wonderful hosts! You were right: we loved it! The house is adorable, wonderfully appointed, and so comfortable. We had everything we needed and we really enjoyed the lovely yard, stream, and river. We will look forward to returning!

Spent a week with my partner to unplug and relax from our busy lifestyles and this cabin was the PERFECT place to do it. Everything about it is wonderful. It’s private, clean, and updated! We are big time birdwatchers and we love nature. We had the privilege of seeing bald eagles in flight, as well as great blue herons. We also saw woodpeckers, nuthatches, chipmunks, a big groundhog and there was so much more! The town is nearby and there was a lot to explore there too. Locals were kind as well. I highly recommend this place so don’t hesitate to book because we are definitely booking again for next year!

My dog and I had a wonderful experience. Communication with the hosts was great, the cottage was better than expected. It was so cute and absolutely spotless. We had everything we needed and then some. I was pleasantly surprised at what a beautiful area Owego is. I would not hesitate to visit again and would stay at the same place. It is always nice to find a nice place that welcomes dogs.

Responsive hosts, fantastic river front cottage. Clean, well appointed and very well maintained. Cottage has all the amenities that you might need during your stay and is dog friendly. Cottage is just beautifully finished and design is very well laid out.

This was one of my favorite bookings. Cutest little cabin/ cottage, perfect location. We traveled for an event with our 2 grown kids. Everything about our stay was excellent. Our only complaint was not having enough time to really enjoy the property. My husband and I are already planning another weekend in the fall. Thank you Nate and Tara for sharing your sweet little house

We had a truly wonderful stay at the cabin. The space was very clean, well-maintained, and very well-provisioned: we cooked most of our meals and had just about every appliance and kitchen utensil you could ever need. Nate and Tara were very responsive and helpful: we had a brief power outage while staying, and they kept us updated and answered all our questions. We were two friends travelling together, so we used both the bed and sofa bed. Both were on the softer side, so my co-traveller opted to sleep on the firmer sofa cushions instead, which she said was very comfortable. We really appreciated the proximity to Owego (a 5ish minute drive) and did lots of driving around over the course of the week. Thank you, Nate and Tara, for a wonderful stay!

Wow. Everything about this little home was perfect. Very comfy inside and out. Well stocked kitchen/bathroom. Would definitely stay here again if I am back in the area! Thank you, Tara and Nate for a nice weekend.

Couple getaway

My husband and I had an amazing stay! We loved the fire pit and the house literally had everything! The town close by was a lot of fun as well! Everyone was nice and very good food!

Absolutely adorable cottage in the most delightful location. Peaceful and private. Very well appointed and cozy. We will definitely look to stay here again when visiting the area.
