This was a very convenient place to stay for us as we visited family and friends in the area. The house had adequate room for us. We appreciated having the downstairs bedroom as we are older and didn't have to use the stairs. It was very comfy and cozy with a great front porch to sit. We brought our dog with us and walked him just about every day in Glendale Park which was within 2 miles of us. There are many good restaurants nearby. We will definitely will try to book again if needed. Thank you for hosting us.

Quaint and quiet place to stay. Entire family felt relaxed and enjoyed the home.Host communication was spectacular from questions before renting all the way through checkout day!Parking was amazing as it circles the home.

Ray was a fantastic host—super responsive and always helpful with any questions about the property or check-in. The house was spotless, offered plenty of parking, and is in a great location. I’d absolutely recommend it, especially for anyone traveling with a pet!

this home is located very conveniently to everything. It’s very clean. Has a wonderful screened in porch which we used each day that we were there. It’s a perfect place.

The house was just as described and just what we needed: clean, spacious, well-appointed and so conveniently located to my family’s home we could walk there (when it wasn’t freezing cold out..ha) 2 bathrooms were a real plus and we liked the big tv in the living room. Lovely hosts & trouble-free stay. Can’t ask for anything more. Will definitely stay at this cute house again.
They left a shovel & salt & one day someone came & shoveled the droveway

Great stay

My family was in town for Thanksgiving visiting extended family. This was the perfect house for us and close to everything in town. Very clean with great service from host.

Weekend in Endicott

My family of five adults needed multiple bedrooms to attend a funeral; this property fit the bill nicely. It is a classic and intimate home very close to the village of Endicott, near the locations we needed to visit. Ray did a wonderful job of preparing the house and communicating with us. Would stay here again!!

A very nice, clean, well maintained home with ample parking, which fit our needs perfectly. We're originally from the area, and in fact we used to pass this home every day on our way to/from work, so when we saw it on Vrbo we knew it would be an excellent choice. The screened in front porch was a nice touch, as we sat out there enjoying it every evening. While there were only three of us this time, there are enough beds to comfortably sleep six. There is no dishwasher, but that was fine with us, as we needed to return to some of our favorite restaurants that we hadn't been to in years.Instructions for access to the home were provided by the host, and we had no problem gaining entry. We faced no issues with this home whatsoever, but I'm certain if we had faced any they would have been handled promptly. Thank you!! It was a pleasure staying here, and we look forward to returning in the future.

Exceeded expectations-highly recommend this property

We were in town for 3 nights visiting family for a Christmas gathering. The house was very clean, decorated nicely and looked just like the pictures. Located in a central location with lots of sidewalks to walk on. Kitchen had everything we needed to whip up a nice breakfast. We’d stay again for sure. Thank you for a great experience!

Perfect little house

Came to town for a funeral and this house provided space for our family. Was quaint and comfortable. We had a problem with the upstairs shower but Ray came by and fixed it without hesitation. Was very easy to get a hold of. Great little house.

Buddies golf trip

This was a buddies golf trip to the Binghamton area. Extremely close to En Joie Golf Club. The house was as described and the communication was good. The owner/property manager even sent us a message when the house was ready which was before the normal check in time. Overall it's a great house to stay in. There was even a hand written letter explaining all the things in the area, which is a great personal touch.
