We had a great time. House was close enough for us to walk to the beach. House was very clean and had everything we needed.

We had a great experience at the beach house. It was just a few short blocks from the beach and we were even able to walk across the highway to get some wonderful pizza. The check-in was easy, communication was quick, and price was great. We loved the fact that we could take our dog and the fenced in area was large enough for her to enjoy the outdoors.

The hosts were amazing. One small hiccup when we checked in and it was addressed immediately. We’ll definitely be back and really enjoyed the entire process and experience. Having the dog run and being pet friendly helped significantly with our pup.Thanks for everything and we’ll be back!

Has the following: medium size air fryer, Keurig, crock pot, margarita machine and all the cooking and baking machine accessories. Just bring your ingredients. Plan ahead if you bring raw meat and milk since check in is at 5 PM. There is a nearby grocery only 3 minutes away. Grocery has Reasonable price EXCEPT sunblock is like 30 to 50 each. Bring Beach towels because instructions said do not use beach towels for the beach or pool. The walk is about 8 to 10 minutes walk. They have a wagon, many beach chairs, beach floats, beach toys, umbrellas. They really have everything you need except for perishables. I forgot candles for the birthday cake and they have candles. I think it's from previous guests that left it behind but I love it. AC works great. We all enjoyed our stay.

loved the house and very well cared for. 3 full bathrooms, comfortable beds, and the perfect breezy porches and patios. pet friendly home and yard. 5 stars.

The priory was amazing. Well kept, clean and every amenities you could ever need. The beach toys and outdoor faves were a life saver for our toddler keeping her occupied. Excellent location, close to beach and stores and end of cul de sac. The bar was extremely useful. Communication with host was flawless. The only thing I would’ve liked would be a fridge downstairs to minimize using the stairs but our family really enjoyed it and we definitely would try to get this home again in the future if it aligns with our dates. The pricing was actually pretty reasonable given it was Memorial Day weekend. The fenced area was perfect for our family dog to run around in as well. Absolutely amazing home. Thank you very much for having us and having a very memorable weekend
