Minimum 2 right stay, 4 blocks from park. Th property ONLY SUPPORTS two(2) guest. The property is a 1 bedroom, 1 bath 800 sf apartment. All completely renovated. Fully furnished. Kitchen includes ref/freezer, full oven/stove, ceiling fans in both rooms, MW, dishwasher, walk in closet, disposal, a/c, access on property to Washer and Dryer.

**********PLEASE REVIEW THE ATTACHED RENTAL AGREEMENT FOR ALL POLICIES .

CANCELLATION AS FOLLOWS AND OVERRIDES ANY OTHER CANCELLATION ON THIS SITE. Cancel outside of thirty days of arrival, receive 75% of your payment back,
Cancel between 30 and 15 days, receive 50% of payment,
Cancel inside of 15 days, receive 25% of payment back.

Resort tax of 4 percent is added as an adminstrative fee due to lack of other options on vrbo

Quite simply, Modern Comfort, Excellent Central Location at less that hotel rates.

Don't fight the huge bus loads of travelers at the hotels,long check ins, long luggage carry and noise up and down the hotel halls!! Come where you can relax.

Bedroom is a comfortable no disturb queen mattress, so when you spouse is getting cramps from too many hiking miles, you won't feel a thing as they toss and turn.

Property is now has a limit of two (2) guest.

Bathroom is a full bath, however, no bathtub, only a shower and vanity

Decks are in front in back. Most spectacular views of Electric Peak, Mt Everts at the park entrance and a wide overview of the north entrance in to the park. Overview of the town, the Yellowstone River.

BBQ grill will be available, sat tv, wifi, all included.

The latter being the downstairs two bedroom apartment with this building. You will see from the 35 or so reviews between the two properties they are always noted as clean, and well stocked and as advertised. You won't be disappointed here either.

Guest will be greeted with a bottle of wine upon arrival to take the edge after what I know from experience is a long trip.

If you are newly weds, a anniversary couple, or small family, or just a couple looking for a first rate getaway, this is the place. Large, comfortable, centrally located. Rates are the same or less than the two primary hotels in the area. No steps or no elevators to haul your luggage as in hotels. Do you have a choice?

House was great, as advertised. Very convenient to most everything and the cafe next door was nice. Even though the house is on the main street, we did not have a problem with street noise at night. The upper deck was wonderful, great view! We were only there for a couple of days but we were in and out a lot and never had a problem with parking.

Perfect location for the north entrance and within walking distance of gas station, grocery store and eateries. The bed and pillows were so comfortable and the place was spotless. Everything you need. Easy arrival and departure instructions. Parking can be tricky but parking is tricky everywhere in Gardiner. Highly recommend.

Great access to Yellowstone

This place was the perfect spot to stay for our trip to Yellowstone. It’s hard to get much closer to the park! Convenient, clean, nice kitchen, great to have a full fridge to store snacks. It’s also next to a great coffee shop, perfect way to start your day before heading into the park. There were only two pillows on the king size bed, so I would suggest bringing some of your own if you’re able and prefer more. But overall, great experience. Would definitely stay here again.

Great spot for the north entrance!

Loved our stay! Very clean and very appealing decor. Plenty of room for my son and I. Great upper deck overlooking the Yellowstone River. Grocery, restaurants, shops all very close by. Would definitely stay again!

Final leg of our Roadtrip

Everything was within reach! Activities, food, gas, the national park, etc. It was quiet despite being right on the main strip.

Anniversary trip to Yellowstone

This is a great little cabin right in the middle of town! Easy to get to all restaurants and coffee shops! House had everything we needed for a great stay! Would definitely recommend!!

Perfect for Couples

The view from the patio is breathtaking. In town so we were able to walk to most of the places we wanted to go. Property Manager checked on us to see if we needed anything. Perfect place to stay and spend a few days in Yellowstone.

Great Location!

The property is very close to the grocery store, we walked there and to dinner. Street parking was not hard, even during the busy season. The property it's self was very clean and well decorated, and had everything we needed for cooking. The back deck was very cool. As a very niche bonus, the shower head was installed very high up; as a tall person, it was nice to shower somewhere I didn't have to hunch.

Great location. 5 minutes to the entrance

This is our second time to stay here while visiting park. It has air conditioning, satellite TV and full kitchen. Has a deck on the roof where you can look out over the river and a small patio on front where you can watch people come into town. Elk roam the streets as well. Gardiner is a small, quiet town. We really enjoyed our stay.

Best Mountain Town

Loved this little spot! Bed was comfortable. Had everything we needed. Pictures of property are exactly what you get when you arrive including the river overlook view. Kim's hospitality was wonderful! We appreciated the laundry facilities to do a load before we got back on the road. I would absolutely stay again.

Great location in Gardiner!

Property was as described in ad. Furniture nice and bed very comfortable. Coffee on the back deck in the mornings very nice w view of Yellowstone River to one side and overlooking town and into the park the other. Location great for walking to breakfast, dinner, walk over the river and to park entrance. Owner was very responsive. Will definitely stay again.

Loved this place!

This was a fun little place to stay while we explored Yellowstone! The view was beautiful. We had no problem parking. We loved walking a very short distance to dinner at Iron Horse, breakfast at Yellowstone Grille, and picking up sandwiches for our picnic from Tumbleweeds next door! It was roomier than I expected. A king size bed would be a nice additional to this property.

Visiting Yellowstone

4-night stay while visiting Yellowstone and Grand Tetons. My only suggestion is for the manager to offer write instructions about using the digital key lock. It took us awhile to know the door was locked while we were inside. Also, it would be nice to have a phone number for the owner in case questions need answered.

Absolutely wonderful

Very neat and clean. Full kitchen to use. Grocery store within walking distance. Had everything we needed. Kim even left us a cooler to use for the week. Would recommend this place to anyone not wanting to stay in the park.

I grew up in Mississippi and found my way out to the Yellowstone area in 2000 with short visits. I found my self coming more and more each year to photograph the park. I soon became clear that I wanted to purchase property. I purchased this property in 2007, opened an BBQ restaurant and a two bed, one bath apartment located in the lower rear. It was leased out for the last few years but I decided not to go that route this year and converted it to the property you see here. The unit has been completely remodeled, painted, re-floored. Nothing exist of the restaurant.
