This is a wonderful place to rest and sleep when exploring Yellowstone park. The elk walking through the streets in the evening was fun. Marie’s coffee cake she had waiting on us was icing on the cake. The greenhouse at the back of the property blocks most of the view of the river when on the back deck but to be honest, we liked the front deck the best so it didn’t bother us any.

My son and I stayed for a hunting trip. It was very clean, well stocked. Nice river view off back deck. Very quiet safe neighborhood. Owner Marie met us immediately upon arrival. They live next door, left her phone number and had baked fresh coffee cake for us which was amazing. The only small issue was dish tv had reception issues on stormy overcast days, but there was a dvd player with movies. So was not a big issue.Highly recommend.

We stayed 6 night. My with and teen sons. The house is within walking distance from everything in Gardiner (gift shops, laundry, bars, restaurants, grocery) and the Yellowstone park entrance. About 10 min from Mammoth inside the park and 1.5 from old faithful. Wish I would have knew there was an icechest we could have used but we bought one at Walmart in Bozeman and left it there. I would stay again. Thank you Marrie for the coffee cake a great place to stay.

Wonderful stay . Great proximity to the park. You can walk around town from this location as well. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and hope to return again.

The place was very clean, and the location was wonderful right next to the the river and just minutes from Yellowstone National Park. Marie even left a wonderful coffee cake for us to enjoy during our stay. We would stay here again.

Marie and Jim were the absolute best. We had an amazing adventure in and around Yellowstone. Tortilla Flats is a great stay for anyone looking to visit Yellowstone.

All Around Great Place to Stay!

Just a great place in a charming little town. The property owner is a great communicator and makes guests feel welcome. Rental is extremely well equipped and comfortable!

The north entrance to the park was 2 1/2 blocks down the road. It was a very nice location. The flat was very clean. The host were very, very nice and accommodating.

We enjoyed being close to NE YS entrance. Quiet property. We appreciated use of gas grill on front deck and coffee pot and coffee provided. Also gas stovetop! Hosts were friendly and eager to please.

This was the absolute perfect place to stay! It is right in town & just minutes to the Yellowstone entrance. I was surprised it was so quiet, you can hear the river flowing, the wind blowing through the mountains and all of the birds chirping. We were even greeted by a few bunnies and a pine marten during our stay. The coffee cake was delicious and Marie is so kind and friendly. This truly felt like a home away from home to us and if we ever get the opportunity I would love to stay again.

Relaxation in a great location

Convenient to a nice grocery store and other in town amenities, YNP, and outdoor adventure guides. Tortilla Flats is clean, comfortable, quiet, and nicely equipped. Hope to be back soon.

Wonderful property and host

Had a very enjoyable three night stay. The property is well equipped, clean and makes a great base for trips into Yellowstone. Also well located for Gardiners amenities. The property is accurately described and well maintained. Was great to meet the host and enjoyed the cake she made for us.
