Tortilla Flats is located on the Yellowstone River, in the town of Gardiner. The north entrance to Yellowstone National Park. It is a newly constructed, air conditioned, modern 1200 sq ft vacation rental. Located on a second story. Large bed room with king size bed. Attached balcony, overlooking the river. One bathroom with double vanity, shower/jacuzzi tub. Open kitchen/living room. The kitchen has new appliances. Side by side refrigerator with water/ice dispenser, dish washer, double sink with garbage disposal, microwave oven over gas range, toaster, coffee maker, all utensils, pots, pans, ect. Dinning table. Living room with couch and love seat, 52' flat screen tv with premium cable channels. . 2 twin beds in alcove.Large out door patio/deck off of livingroom. Dinning table, gas BBQ grill, seating. We are centrally located in Gardiner, on a dead end street, behind the school with play ground Walking distance to all amenities. Restaurants, bars, grocery store, shops and the park. Great views of the park and river from our decks. Fall asleep to the sound of the river.

Wonderful property and host

Had a very enjoyable three night stay. The property is well equipped, clean and makes a great base for trips into Yellowstone. Also well located for Gardiners amenities. The property is accurately described and well maintained. Was great to meet the host and enjoyed the cake she made for us.

Perfect home for a perfect trip

Everything was perfect, clean and in good working condition. There was a home cooked desert for us when we arrived, which was a very nice touch.

Felt like home away from home

Would have stayed for a month because everything was just what we needed. Great location. Clean, well-equipped, quiet and a good space with front deck with grill. Back deck looking over the Yellowstone River. Heard coyotes at night and bull elk bugling during the day. Would recommend and would stay again.

Relaxation in a great location

Convenient to a nice grocery store and other in town amenities, YNP, and outdoor adventure guides. Tortilla Flats is clean, comfortable, quiet, and nicely equipped. Hope to be back soon.

Exactly as promised!

The accommodations were really nice and the location was as convenient as you could ask. We were about three minutes away from the North Park exist which made it very easy to get to where we wanted to go. Marie was very accommodating and knowledgeable about the area and provided some great tips for us! Definitely recommend staying at Tortilla Flats!

Yellowstone stay

Just a minute from the north entrance of Yellowstone!! Well stocked and comfortable. We were so tired each evening that having the twin beds out in the living room was not an issue. Would stay again. Coffee cake was excellent.

Yellowstone Fishing Trip 2024

We have stayed at this property in the past and it is the perfect size for this year's party of three. Very close to all the facilities we needed and entrance to the park. Cooked breakfast and dinner a few days and also enjoyed Marie's coffee cake she made for our arrival! Met and had a very nice talk with Marie on our last morning. Would highly recommend this beautiful unit to anyone.

Yellowstone

This was a great Place to Come back to at night while visiting Yellowstone. Owner was great, she left us coffee cake which we ate every morning and even some tomatoes out of her greenhouse.. had long days in the park but was always nice coming back to this location and being able to Cook in evenings when wanted.. thank you Marie and Jim for letting us stay!

Good place to rest after long days in Yellowstone National Park

Everything was exactly as mentioned on the ad. Marie, whom we met at the end of our stay, is a very kind person. She was at our disposal if we needed but we didn't. We had a very pleasant time.

clean apartment in a nice location

We stayed at Tortilla Flats for 4 days and had a great time. Marie was a great host, welcoming us in person and a delicious brown sugar cake upon our arrival. The apartment is located in Gardiner, right at the North Entrance to Yellowstone National Park. The place was clean; kitchen was fully equipped for basic cooking and meal preparations. Convenient walking distance to shops, restaurants, and tour companies. In addition to exploring different areas of Yellowstone, we did water rafting on Yellowstone River and went ziplining during our stay.

Apt with a view!

Tortilla Flats was our home away from home for 3 days! We loved being there, along the Yellowstone River in Gardner MT. The apt. was clean, homey, had a well stocked kitchen plus grill on porch which we used one night! Marie's coffee cake was scrumptious and a welcome treat after driving a distance through the Natl' Park which we fully loved! Great location near the North gate was an asset. Thank you Marie for allowing us to stay in this home away from home!

Amazing stay right on the river!!

Hosts were fabulous. So consierate! The BEST crumbcake ever!! House was so charming, right on river, and had all the amenities you'd ever need. Clean, comfortable, and felt like home. Miss Marie from my home state, so lovely to meet a fellow gal from Jersey. Welcoming and helpful. Would book again in a heartbeat!

Stay for Yellowstone in May 2024

My 38 year old son and I stayed at Tortilla Flats and were so happy we had made that choice vs a hotel. Ther e was a room for my son and slept in the room by the entrance. The beds were comfortable, it was clean and I was able to get away from my son's snoring. The hosts were wonderful and made us feel at home, provided information about the town and where to eat and very helpful about Yellowstone as Marie had worked there for 10 years. It was a wonderful experience beyond my expectations.

Location location location!

This property is one minute from the North Yellowstone entrance which was never busy to enter. We got right in every day with no wait. Very charming town with elk strolling around town. Very spacious rental with everything you need. Marie was very helpful & friendly. Greeting us with a smile and coffee cake! Only 1.5 hours to Bozeman airport. Very much enjoyed our visit & would stay there again.

Gardiner Montana

The property was very clean, well supplied and comfortable. The Manager lives next door and is readily available if you need anything but not the annoying hovering type. We spend long days in Yellowstone which was a very easy access from the location. Coming back each night was like coming home. So comfortable and so cozy. The owners have put a lot of attention into many details to make this the great place to stay that it is.

Clean, Comfortable and Convenient

This place is like a home away from home - the perfect place to return to after a long day of sightseeing. We loved being able to cook some meals for ourselves and relax on the deck in the evenings. Everything was neat and clean, but very comfortable. We loved the location; it was great listening to the river at night and it's within easy walking distance to all the shops and restaurants in Gardiner. Marie and Jim were friendly and helpful hosts. Thanks for everything!
