Pyramid #1 is a spacious reverse living home has something to offer for everyone in the family.
The floor plan of the upper level includes an open space of the living room, dining room and the kitchen. The noted vaulted ceilings and vast windows provide plenty of light and amazing views of the great outdoors. Relax after a long day of Central Oregon adventure in front of the large stone fireplace.
The well-appointed kitchen will not disappoint as it is fully stocked. Perfect for those wonderful family meals. Plenty of dining sitting for the whole family to enjoy.
Walk out onto the newly designed wrap around deck for a BBQ, a glass of wine and some star gazing. There are plenty of outdoor chairs so everyone can enjoy.

The master king en suite has a tv, a large walk-in closet and a full bath. The bath has a double vanity and an easily accessible step in shower.

The second bedroom has two sets of bunk beds, a small TV and a full bath, a great place for all the kids to sleep.

On the lower level, you will find two more bedrooms, equipped with king beds and flat screen TVs so you can relax, before your slumber. The large family room, on this level, has another flatscreen TV, a gas fireplace as well as a game table where you can play a board game or cards.
A full bathroom and the laundry room, complete the lower level. The laundry room has a full-size washer and dryer and a mini fridge for that extra storage for your groceries. If you still need room for your groceries for your stay, there is another full-size refrigerator/freezer in the garage for added convenience.
This level opens onto a second deck with hot tub. There is a 3-car garage, which houses sleds, a ping pong table and a foosball table.

Pyramid #1 is just a short walk away to The North Country Store allowing you to explore the many paths and beautiful nature and wildlife of Sunriver.
With two separate living/family rooms and 6 TVs, everyone in your party will have their needs met, including your family dog. Yes, your four-legged friend may enjoy this vacation home with you.

This home provides 10 Unlimited SHARC passes, access to free tennis and free access to the Sunriver Marina.

Dirty, broken....not a good experience

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was very dirty. I was happy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: From the moment we arrive literally within minutes this place was a mess. I was greeted by a Sunriver person who said their was a complaint about successive garbage, clearly it wasn’t ours we just arrived but that garbage never was picked up...an entire garbage of cans never left the whole time. The windows tracks full of dead bugs, the floor is digesting...wipe it with a wet towel and it’s dark black everywhere. The vent is covered in gross dust so I assume the filter has never been changed either. The light bulb in the master bath toast doesn’t work, the tack strip in the master closest is visible to find my foot so that was fun. The sink backed up day 2 and it was the P-trap FULL so clearly nobody had done preventative maintenance and no way it hadn’t backed up prior on somebody. The sprayer on rh sink didn’t work, walls are all gross and dirty and you had a tons of kids but no pots or pans they fit....? Sounds like a fun trip? I’d like a refund of some kind this house should be rented until it is brought up to a Sunriver likestandard. Oh and the chair in the back is broken, nobody said anything f and we found out the hard way....inwill never rent this place again.

Cute, comfortable rental

This property was clean and fit our family nicely. We did have a difficult time trying to figure out how you could sleep 12 people as listed since neither one of the couches were pull outs. We ended up having some people from our group not make the trip so it worked great for us but keep in mind in order for 12 to fit they are sleeping on a couch that does not pull out. Also there was a small ant problem but I assume that is pretty common with rental properties. Property is located farther from the village than what I am use to but I did not think to check where it was located prior to booking. Overall this was a great rental and I would stay here again.

Very Comfortable Home

Some disappointments

Property felt like owners/managers weren’t concerned with quality. One of the stove burners didn’t work, several light bulbs were burned out. There were no instructions for operating things like fireplaces. The football and ping pong tables which we were looking forward to were in the garage .. temp was 12 degrees when we arrived so playing in the garage wasn’t an option. It would have been nice to know that in advance. But the worst was that when we arrived at 4:30 to check in, — our check in time was 4 — the house was being cleaned. We were able to get in an hour later. Didn’t enjoy hanging out in our cars in freezing temps. I emailed about it … no response. Disappointing. We loved the area and location, the house was comfortable, but the lack of interest in details described above will have us looking elsewhere for our next Sunriver vacation.

Great time in Sunriver

Excellent location, house is well outfitted for a family's needs, with hot tub, kitchen well stocked, ping pong table, close to bike trails and store. Windows galore, and 4 bedrooms and three bathrooms. Washer and dryer on site. We saw an amazing thunderstorm complete with hail while playing games inside. The management of this home were incredible and responded to our concerns promptly, timely and went way beyond our expectations. Sunset you are truly the best:) Thank you for making our holiday wonderful.

Relaxing holiday stay

Stayed here with our family of two adults and two teens and another family with same -- plenty of space for everyone, kitchen well appointed, and location was great -- quiet but right near North Store and easy to get on 97 into Bend. The management company was excellent and responded quickly when we had an issue with the hot tub Only complaint is that the master bedroom on main floor desperately needs a new mattress -- one side is fine, the other is completely swaybacked and difficult to sleep on. Overall had a wonderful time -- thanks so much!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was more than happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The management company did a fine job with pre-visit details. Home was a little tired, but served our needs. Had no A/C, which usually isn't an issue, but heat was extreme, and smoky air made opening windows impossible. Management did come thru with fans and a portable A/C device, as promised. The deck was brand new, and it should be noted THE RAILING WAS NOT TIGHTENED SECURELY, which we noticed immediately and was not an issue, but should be tended to as someone leaning on it could potentially fall. Location was perfect, clean upon arrival, and had a lot of kitchenware. Needed more toweling and toilet paper. Downstairs bathroom had no water pressure, and had clogged sink. We fixed it. The toilet seat was broken upon our arrival, but a call, brought a man who remedied the problem deftly and quickly. Despite these problems, the home met our needs

Our family enjoyed our stay at this property. It was spacious and easily accommodated our group of seven people. Having a large dining room table and the extra refrigerator in the garage was great for our group. We loved the high ceilings upstairs. The hot tub was a nice feature. We would stay at this house again in the future. The only thing we missed was not having bicycles available.

Clean, Restful, and Quiet

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: My family of four was joined by my sister for a Memorial 2021 weekend trip with our canines. The house had a good layout plan with two bedrooms up, with the living room and kitchen, and two bedrooms down, with a den. This allowed the kids and parents to do their own thing in separate areas in the evening.The house's porch is a huge plus. It's expansive. It sits above the yard, which gives you an unique perspective of the surrounding area. The kitchen was big enough for two people to prepare a meal. When we had three working in the kitchen, it was a tight fit. Every appliance we needed was provided. My one critique of the kitchen is that the knives were dull.Hot tub was enjoyed by everyone. Bedrooms were all good sized. The master has a huge walk-in closet.We liked the location. Near the North Store and various paths. The neighborhood was quiet.We would stay here again.

Big house, but would not rent this property again!!

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was very happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: My family stayed here for 3 nights. During our entire stay, every dish we pulled out from the cupboards was dirty and had to be washed before using. Our first morning there, we went to make coffee and the coffee pot was absolutely disgusting. My wife tried to clean it but it had black mold inside the water tank. There was a second coffee pot that was slight less disgusting, but we had to scrub the entire inside with only paper towels (no kitchen scrubbers were available unfortunately). When we went to cook breakfast the same morning, we discovered the larger burner on the stove did not work. It made cooking difficult because we had to use the small burners for large pans. The hot tub temperature could not maintain the right temperature despite trying to turn it up. There are 3 King beds in the house and two of them are rock hard. The comfortable one was not in the master suite sadly. We were also disappointed that we could not check into the house until 5pm, and then have to check out by 10am. Felt like not enough time inside the home for the price. Aside from these issues, I did appreciate having two separate living room spaces so that our kids could have their own space to relax and they really enjoyed the foosball and ping pong table.

Good location!

Overall we enjoyed our stay at this location. The house is definitely out dated! Beds/ furniture were pretty worn down. We brought our 8 month old daughter and 3 year old and it was not the most kid friendly layout. The location is right next to the market which was great! Also the large windows were awesome!

Do NOT recommend staying here

Rating Details: The property manager was adequately helpful. The vacation rental was somewhat dirty. I was happy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This house is extremely run down- furniture is falling apart and beds are either lumpy or rock hard. House was dirty with pet hair everywhere. Stove was not fully functional and air matress did not hold air. We couldn’t find another house to move into and didn’t want to ruin our kids vacation but we ultimately ended up renting a room at the lodge to get some sleep. Property company was given multiple opportunities to make it right and failed to do so. We have stayed in rental houses in Sunriver for over 20 years and have never had this type of experience. We were completely ripped off. This house is barely habitable and should not qualify as a rental.
