Escape the hustle and bustle of daily life with this two-level pet-friendly vacation home. The 2,800-square-foot residence boasts six TVs, six DVD players, an Xbox, and a hot tub.

Enjoy groovy tunes with the Bluetooth soundbar speakers, clean your outfits with the washer and dryer, and hang out at the wet bar. You'll sleep soundly atop one of the two king beds, one of the two queen beds, or one of the two twin beds with trundles. Additional comforts include a soaking tub in the master bedroom, a desk with a computer, a gas fireplace, a gas barbecue, a double garage, and nine bikes. All of the televisions have been updated to smart flatscreen Tv's throughout the home in 2019!

The home is situated close to the Deschutes River. Other area attractions include the Sunriver Nature Center & Observatory, Caldera Springs, and Benham Falls.

Especially loved that all bedrooms had their own bathrooms. The upstairs bedroom was perfect for the family teenagers. The home was clean and well equipped- especially when cooking our pre Thanksgiving dinner. Loved the hot tub. Stayed here twice now and will definitely return!!

Ideal house for couples & kids! Plenty of parking for 4-5 vehicles.

House set up perfect for entertaining! Three rooms downstairs each w/ private bath. Upstairs is an awesome loft area & addt’l sleeping & hang out area. Spacious,Fourth bedroom( w/3 beds) is also upstairs w/ private bath. Decent sized deck for gatherings. Hot tub is actually right off the master in an enclosed area, so you access it off the deck and have to walk around to back. Has a gate too. Bike path is just at the end of the street and runs right along the Deschutes River, or you can jump on the interior path down where the main road is. Quick ride to the Village!

Great house and exceptional location!

The house was perfect for my wife & I plus son, daughter in law and their two children! Very roomy with bedrooms for all, spaced out for privacy. The living room/ kitchen open space was comfortable and allowed for fun gatherings. The deck was spacious and was used frequently for BBQ’s and just relaxing! Thanks for putting up the doggie gate on the deck …. our Corgi Marcus enjoyed the freedom to roam a little but be with us at the same time. The location was perfect! Right next to the path by the Deschutes so easy access for walking and biking. Thanks for letting us share your home! We liked it so much that we’ve already rented it for next year! Jim & Joyce

Great house overall, some repairs needed. Very well equipped. Great location, although more mosquitoes in house upon arrival due to proximity to river and cleaning crew leaving front door open. Deck area was not cleaned as we found food packaging, garbage, etc.

Great spacious homey house

We loved our stay! The only downfall were the mosquitoes. So many! Couldn’t go outside without getting bit all over. Had to use tons of bug spray. Other than that, we loved it all!

The kids have grown up...

It t was our first time going through Sunset Lodging and couldn't be happier. This trip was special as we were celebrating my wife's 50th birthday, our daughters 21st birthday and my in-laws 53rd anniversary and this was my favorite trip to Sun river yet...we will be back again and next time maybe we will have another generation to carry on the tradition!

Sunriver Birthday Bash

We had a great time celebrating our daughter's 8th birthday with best friends! From karaoke in front of the fireplace to bike rides along the river to movie night in the kids room, parents and kids had a wonderful stay. Location was perfect with access to paved and cross country trails + an easy bike ride to Fort Rock Park. House was large and welcoming, especially the big open kitchen, which was perfect for meal prepping and socializing. Thanks for a great stay!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We really enjoyed our stay at this roomy, pleasant lodge-like home near the Deschutes River. The location was very quiet and peaceful. And it was great to have four bedrooms, each with its own bath. The kitchen was very well stocked with everything needed to cook our meals, and it was nice to have a big gas grill as well. We enjoyed riding several of the many bikes provided, and also made use of the games and books.

Get away

Location was great. House was clean. Property manager was a breath of fresh air. We showed up, and none of the patio furniture was out. I called the property manager and they where there within 10minutes and had everything set up. The reason it wasn’t out was the time of year May 10th first sunny weekend of the year. We will be back. I recommend.

Great option for adult/couples trip

We came with three other couples to celebrate my husbands 50th birthday. This house accommodated all of us very comfortably, with enough beds for all four adult couples. The kitchen was well stocked for cooking, we enjoyed hot tubbing in the snow, and there was great access to waking/nature trails. Beautiful, quiet location, about ten minutes drive from the market.

Amazing Property

We stayed at this property with one other family and our dog. In total, there were 4 adults, 8 children, and our pup. There was plenty of space and accommodations for everyone, and everyone had a blast. They had everything that we needed there, and the property management were very quick to respond with our questions (there always are questions, aren't there?). I highly recommend this property to anyone with a large number of people in their party.
