Welcome to 5 Sparks Lane, a spacious Sunriver vacation home designed for large family gatherings and group getaways. With 5 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms, and room for up to 14 guests, this home makes it easy to spend time together while still giving everyone space to relax. This home is equipped with air conditioning, a private hot tub, a gas fireplace, 10 SHARC passes for 2026, 5 adult cruiser bikes, ping pong, foosball, and TVs in every bedroom.

The main level is the heart of the home, with comfortable seating, large windows, board games and a cozy gas fireplace. Step out to the deck for fresh Sunriver air, a BBQ dinner, or a relaxing soak in the private hot tub time.

The fully-equipped kitchen is well-suited for family meals, with granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, an induction cooktop, and plenty of space for preparing snacks, breakfasts, and family dinners.

Spend your day swimming at the SHARC, biking through the pines, going for a trail rides, enjoying a BBQ dinner, and hit the hot tub at night, for a soak under the stars—this home is set up so the logistics fade out and the together-time takes over.

AGE RESTRICTIONS: Guests must be 23 years or older to rent Bennington homes and the person reserving must occupy the home the whole reservation.
