It was an ideal location and super convenient to beach, coaster, downtown del mar! It was comfortable and clean and really well stocked which i appreciated! They actually provided beach towels which was nice to not pack! Check in with door code easy and nice to have parking and host communicated frequently - even giving us heads up on power outage. The building it is in is a little run down and messy and it’s a mix if rentals and residents but felt safe and was fine!

Hi Shannon, Thanks for your glowing review. FYI, the building is in the works to get a major landscaping transformation! The plans are at the City right now and hopefully within the next few months we will have all new landscaping, community area and walkways.

Great location close to the ocean, so we could walk out the door and go for a nice beach walk in the morning. Really enjoyed our stay.

Beach was just steps away great location. To note- circuit breakers popped when using two large appliances at same time- easy to reset fuse box in bedroom. Vertical blinds hard to open and close and needs repair. Otherwise , very enjoyable stay- would return in the future. Fully stocked kitchen and comfy beds

We appreciate you bringing the blinds to our attention and will look into the issue. Our property is in an older building with electrical capacity limitations, so running multiple high-wattage appliances simultaneously can occasionally trip a breaker. We provide easy access to the breaker panel for a quick reset. We appreciate your understanding and are happy to hear you enjoyed your stay and would return!

Great stay in Del Mar. Comfortable beds, lovely decor and space. Could use a non stick pan for making eggs but otherwise had everything I needed to cook meals. Would love to stay here again.

Was a lovely stay at del mar. Very close to the beach. Downtown del mar is walkable at a touch under a mile. Gina was an excellent communicator before and during the stay. Everything that was listed was there and available for a fun trip. Would recommend this property.

Easy, convenient, and right by the beach!

We really enjoyed our stay. The place was a great location for us - easy, walkable access to the beach (with beach toys and chairs available), and to get to a variety of locations in SD. The place was great for a weekend beach vacation.
