Beautiful oceanfront condo at Molokai Shores. Clean and comfortable, A106 has been completely renovated in 2014 - tile floors throughout, new appliances (yes, there is a dishwasher!), new beds and furniture, luxury linens, flat screen TV's in both the living room and bedroom, and much more. One bedroom with a king bed plus a queen sofa bed in the living room. Walk in tile shower. The condo has been lovingly decorated with local art work and photos. Walk out through the patio doors and enjoy meals on the lanai - just steps from the ocean. Easy access to the swimming pool and barbeque area. Beautiful landscaping surrounds you! Molokai Shores amenities include a hair salon, flower shop, shuffleboard court, swimming pool, both gas and charcoal grills, picnic tables, and putting green. There is ample free parking. Best of all, Molokai Shores is located a little over a mile from Kaunakakai - the main town and shopping area on Molokai. Very nice and clean place. Also included all the little things that might be needed during our stay. Would definitely stay here again.

Molokai is a hidden gem!

We loved our trip to Molokai and this condo was in a perfect location! The unit is small but just fine for two people and one or two small children. Large grassy area with BBQ grills and picnic tables and a nice little beach. The complex is centrally located on the island - definitely the place to stay if you are a first-time visitor.

Met our needs as a place to sleep.

The property is as advertised but needs cleaned. The location is convenient, fairly quiet and has a shared beach. There was no cell service (typical for most of the island) and the WiFi password was not provided so we had to use the free pool side WiFi to make calls. We really only slept at the property as we were out all day. The check in process didn’t work. We tried five times over three days to go to the office to check in and get a parking pass but it was always closed despite texting the manager. We didn’t get ticketed regardless.

A perfect vacation place for my family!

My family is not frequent travelers. Planning a trip to Molokai is almost an adventure for us. We were not sure what to expect. Turned out everything was perfect. We loved our stay in this lovely apartment for 4 nights, very comfortable for three if us. Our son is 13, from the day we arrived, he walked to the beach to pick up corral pieces everyday. The rental price is reasonable, the apt maintained very clean. Neighbors are friendly and helpful giving us travel informations. Because of the jet lag, we woke up very early, so the rooster calling around the neighborhood doesn’t bother us. Would love to re-visit. Thank you for having us.

Beautiful sunrise and sunsets.

My family enjoyed our stay at Molokai Shores. They enjoyed the pool and beach. Perfect for the kids. We all loved our Hawaiian wake up call from the roosters. Molokai Shores is a perfect place to stay. Love the staff. The Grounds keeper was out on the lawns early every day and evening to maintain the areas. Thank you to Margaret,Moira and Charmaine and and staff for making our stay an awesome visit. Much Aloha, The Wampler's

Absolutely delightful

In laid-back Molokai, this property is a quiet retreat from the bustle of the other islands. This property has everything for a comfortable stay and meal prep with stunning views from the lanai, beautiful grounds, lovely pool and friendly residents / staff.

Delight at Molokai Shores

The condo was clean and well supplied with lovely views. The grounds at Molokai Shores are beautiful maintained. We love the island of Molokai and our stay in the condo made it even more delightful. Hope to return in the near future.

Molokai shores

The location and view out the back door was great. There was no air conditioning and the place was not too clean . Mold in toilet and on bedroom curtains and dust and dirt in many corners. The square pillows on the bed didn’t have clean pillow cases. The screen door in back didn’t fit very well so little bugs got in the place. There were the occupant’s toiletries around and stuff in fridge so it felt we were staying in someone’s apartment.

quiet, comfortable stay

The unit we had (A106) was very clean and well equipped, but privately owned and managed (not part of Castle Resort). Molokai Shores is possibly the best option for condo rental in the area due to location and upkeep. The patio looked out on the lawn and beach. This is a very quiet place, mostly seniors, and a quiet beach due to the offshore reef, the depth is less than your knee, good for wading or children, not for swimming, but seems to work for paddling if you watch out for high spots. Sunsets can be nice from the beach. A big plus is that it is only about 1-2 miles from town, which is the major place for groceries and food on whole island (and it is not much!). Condos differ by owner, this particular one had bedroom (king), bath, and nice living area with fully equipped kitchen and tasteful décor, pictures and even books. There is a patio (lanai) for eating out or just sitting, but faces more or less south, so quite sunny. There is cable TV, but not much to watch—which is more or less a comment on our society, I assume. Condo has a pool and clothes washing facilities (takes many quarters, but manager office has them). We thought it was a great week stay, but there is one caveat: this condo is private, not associated with the management, so the manager has no information about it or access to it. It is accessed by a lockbox, on wall next to door, so it is very important to make sure you have the lockbox number before getting there. There may be no one to talk with about it once you are here and cellular service can be iffy. The emergency numbers posted on the office are of no use for this unit. A contact person, Margaret, lives close by, but may not be available when you arrive unless you make specific arrangements ahead of time.

wonderful stay

Needs severe cleaning of floors and carpets

Nice location on main floor, short walk from parking lot. The back patio screen doesn’t fit so bugs and critters can come in. Front door needs adjustment ~ you have to SLAM it to get it closed, which irritates neighbors. Fans were essential due to lack of AC, a common problem in Hawaii.

Condo was clean with lots of supplies to cook and other amenities. Updated condo with dishwasher and extra supplies .Nice and quiet really enjoyed the stay if I ever go back to molokai I will definitely stay at this condo.

Relaxing Haven

Spent a long weekend here to get away from the hustle of Honolulu. This condo was perfectly situated in the middle of the island with a gorgeous view of the ocean and plenty of whale watching from the beach. Residents and visitors alike congregated in the courtyard to watch the sunset every night and all were friendly and inviting. The unit itself had all the comforts of home, was well maintained, and the owners left very clear instructions and awesome suggestions for what to do on island. Perfect weekend, perfect place!

Exactly what it says.

This condo, and island fit the description. Very relaxing. Beach is small, but nice. Water is shallow because of the reef.

Exceeded my expectation

The room was perfect. Clean, well maintained, fully stocked and larger than expected. The reservation process was quick and easy. Even when I had questions the email response was always quick. Overall, I'm already looking forward to my next stay here when I return in 2018.

Perfect anniversary

We had great trip condo was perfect size for my husmand and i. View everyday was amazing all condos set up nicely. Margaret had kayak for us everyday able to kayak out to reef while sipping coffee . Pool and grounds very clean and neat and ground workers always so nice. Close to town very good location . We would highly recommend molokai shores and trust me we will be back.

Great place to call home for a week!

Righ on the beach with a great view! 5-7 minute walk to town for shopping and restaurants. Lahaina Pier is also right their. The facility is in excellent condition including the grounds and pool area. Our room # 435 was very nice! Everything we could want during our stay was in the room. Why would anyone want to stay anywhere else?

A Comfortable Gem!

We stayed here for a week. This was our first trip to Molokai. The location is perfect - close to town and centrally located for exploring the whole island. The apartment is very clean and comfortable, nicely furnished, great kitchen equipment, nice linens. And the bed is also very comfortable! There is a small collection of books about Hawaii that we enjoyed reading while we were there. The grounds are very well-maintained and the pool is sparkling! I certainly can recommend this apartment. This rental really does feel like a well-loved home! Thank you for sharing it!

Wonderful condo. Very relaxing

I stayed here with two friends. One did the mule ride - while two of us enjoyed the pool. The condo was we'll appointed and the owner very easy to work with. We were allowed to check in before 10 am - stayed two nights. Very nice artwork and interior. Loved the shells incorporated into into shower tile. Definitely tropical but not beachy ticky tacky. Pool was very clean and perfect temp and we were very short walk away. There were beach towels and chairs available. When we arrived it was quite hot and humid. By evening there was breeze and condo comfortable Great location near restaurants and shopping. Loved the isolation of Molokai - stunning scenery and very laid back

Morning Sunrise

I stayed at the beautifully appointed condo while I was on Molokai. Everything from the initial contact with the owner to the personal welcoming note to the lovely accommodations was outstanding. The sunrise from the eastern facing lanai was stunning. I would recommend this condo to anyone who is looking for a clean, welcoming place for their stay here. It is centrally located so easy to get to any of your destinations. Do close the screen door after sundown.
