We rent this second home in Rancho Mirage, because we're still busy with careers in Canada. Mission Hills stood out as a unique community in the Coachella Valley with vast landscaped spaces and homes that were architect-designed to maximize privacy and the desert lifestyle. Mission Hills provides the perfect balance of active lifestyle and tranquility. Moreover, it is perfectly situated with easy access to Palm Springs, Palm Desert and of course Rancho Mirage. The tennis villa is a good size for small-scale entertaining and ease of maintenance for our longer-term guests.

The roof-top deck is one of the highlights of the property. It provides a private outdoor sanctuary surrounded by the majestic Santa Rosa, San Jacinto, and San Bernardino mountains.
Our goal was to create a space that is contemporary and bright, not dated and heavy. We aim to constantly improve it. Our gas cooktop is a unique feature uncommon to the tennis villas in Mission Hills.
We have made best efforts to ensure the property is as comfortable as our main home, from the Keurig coffee system, to high-quality sheets, to access to Netflix and HuluPlus on the televisions.
We place a very high priority on keeping our villa immaculately clean for the comfort of our guests.
