Orange Beach is a family-friendly beachfront town. Small but great view

Overall our stay was great . The condo could have been cleaner - food ( chocolate pudding ) was on side and arm of chair . I had to scrub it off . The bathroom are very small and no stopper for bath in bedroom the bathroom in hall had a stopper it just didn’t seal . The shower head is very short - my husband is 6 ft and had to stoop down to get rinsed off . The view from balcony was worth the negatives . It would have been nice to know ahead of time that the pool was closed for 2 days for maintenance . The indoor pool is COLD . The splash pad was a big plus , our grandchildren loved it .

Building old

The building itself was old looking. Dirty floors and walls. Fitness center was gross. Broken equipment. My condo was ok. Needs some updating. One bed kept sinking in and the other kept falling off the frame. Could definitely use a make over. Newer kitchen table and chairs, island chairs were wobbly and tiny. Next time I'll pick a different place.

We had a group of 9 (6 adults & 3 children 4 yrs old and under). The condo was a little small for us, but we managed. It was a short walk from the parking lot and easy access to pools and beach. The master bed was very comfortable. The kitchen was stocked with everything we needed to cook our meals. There are a couple things worth noting. 1) The description states that it is a ground floor condo. It is NOT ground floor- it is hard to tell in the photos, but it is one level up and there are condos below. With small children, we were specifically looking for a true ground floor unit, so this was a little disappointing. 2) the balcony furniture is not what is shown in the photos. Instead, it is a high top/bar height table and chairs. Was not safe for our children to sit at. We would book this condo again - but probably not with small children

Overall property was very clean and well kept. The room its self was even better. Had plenty of room for our group. Very clean and had everything we needed.

Amenities were out of service for the entire stay

Indoor/Outdoor pool heaters were broken. The hot tub heaters were broken. The weather kept us inside, so we had to watch tv. All doors to the indoor pool area were broken as well. The one door to the outdoor area from the pool area was broken, but had no sign. I cut my hand on this door. We used this facility last year and loved it. I don't want to come back. The main desk & amenities desk were unaware of these things. I'm upset that I spent my savings on this stay.

Unit 101

It was very nice. The guest rooms were small compared to the pictures but were fine! The bathrooms were small but everything worked as needed. The place was very nice, very clean. The only complaint I had was the garbage disposal smelled like dead fish 😭

Beautiful weather, nice beach

It was my fault for looking at too many Phoenix condos, but this facility had access to 1 outside pool and 1 outside "kids" play area. Really left the only pool overloaded constantly. But overall, another great vacation

Spring Break 23

With three young children, the indoor heated pool was a lifesaver on those cold, cloudy spring break days. On the warm days, we enjoyed the splash pad and the beautiful outdoor pool. The beach was only steps away and we built many many sandcastles. Everyone is asking when we’re going to go again.

Needs a lot of love

This unit was filthy when we arrived. We had to vacuum and mop before we could let the babies down. The silverware had food crusted on it and had to be wash before we could use. The washing machine was broke so we had to go to to laundromat. We took minimal clothes because we thought we could wash. Several malfunctions of electronic entrance lock made coming and going a challenge. The last night we had to leave one person back each time we left to open doors for us to get back in. We could call Beach Rez each time for new code but should not have had to do that. This condo is in a great location and is furnished perfect with lots of appliances and dishes. The condo is in a great complex, Phoenix V, as they keep everything on the outside spotless. The staff at the Phoenix V was courteous and helpful, but they had nothing to do with the inside of this unit. The pools and splash pad were crystal clean and the 2 year old loved both of them. Sorry for this review but with two babies it was definitely a challenge.

Dirty and stinky

The unit was poorly cleaned prior to our arrival. On our second day the unit above us had a water leak which came through ceiling into our bedroom during the night. It wet our belongings and the carpet which was already dirty and stained. We had to use our ice chest to catch the water. Maintenance came when called and said the were fixing leak in unit above us. We were left to clean everything and with wet,! stinky carpet for remainder of our trip. Called management three times to rectify the situation and were told each time that they could not get in touch with the owners to help with the matter. Very dissatisfied

Wonderful Stay

We were very happy with our condo. It was exactly like the pictures so we knew exactly what we were getting when I booked it. The kitchen had all the needed appliances so we were able to cook together, which added to the experience.

The property was ok. Condo definitely needs TLC. Beds need new mattresses. Balcony door did not lock. Hole in wall by the sliding balcony door. Furniture in the Living area needs replaced . Location of condo was nice. A lot of cosmetic fixes need to happen.
