Overall, Great place to stay we enjoyed it. Kids loved splash pad. There is only one bank of elevators so if you are going on a really busy weekend (like a holiday weekend) expect to wait for elevators for a bit.

We had a great time and the unit was just like advertised. We did notice a door off the hinge in one of the bedrooms and notified the owner and they had maintenance come out and fix it the next morning. We would stay again!

Unit was clean, had everything we would need available to us, beds were comfortable. Pool, kiddie splash pad and proximity to the beach was spot on. Hairdryers could use to be replaced (one in master is broken and looks like it could soon be a burn/fire hazard. Unit not as recently renovated as you might think from photos. Floor tiles need to be replaced soon. Overall happy with our vacation.

The host was great to work with! Responded promptly to all our requests and made accommodations for us when requested because of outdoor pool closure. Would definitely recommend if you would like someone easy to work with who genuine cares about their guests!

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was somewhat dirty. I was more than happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Not as advertised, the condo was very dated compared to the photos. The shower had mold, condo wasn’t clean. We liked the complex itself but not the specific condo.

Loved how big the condo was! The balcony was also amazing. I do wish hangers would have been in the closets. There wasn’t 1 single hanger in the entire condo.

Family feel for family vacation.

Great condo with all the amenities to enjoy staying in with a great location to spend the night out. Views from the condo was amazing, and the staff there was very helpful. The best part of the vacation was enjoying breakfast and coffee from the balcony to enjoy that view. Communication with the owner was seamless with quick responses. Will definitely be booking this place again.

Beds and pillows were so comfortable

Slept like a rock. Extended stay an extra day in less than 5 minutes with a quick phone call since we got lucky and they had that day available. Had everything we needed.

Enjoyed our stay

Condo could have been a little cleaner and we couldn’t get dishwasher to open. Mattress in the bedroom with a full bed should be replaced but we would still probably stay here again.

The kitchen was very bright clean and had everything we needed for our stay . The balcony construction was a bit of a surprise and that would be our only negative impact . Overall iwe loved the Phoenix and would definitely recommend!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Everything at the condo was as described. We never had any trouble with our stay. The 3 bedrooms were a perfect size for us. We loved the view of the ocean and easy access to the beach. We used the pool and splash pad and loved that it was all family friendly. Phoenix V was close enough to OB and GS that we could drive to either easily. One night we enjoyed the fireworks at The Warf from our balcony.

Awesome first beach trip with toddler!

Everything about this trip was amazing! The condo was great- the view was perfect. Our only complaint was safety issues with the pirate splash pad (which was our daughter's favorite part!). The flooring was VERY slippery and our toddler busted multiple times. We also watched older kids slip many times, one hitting their head turning the corner to the slide. If you have kiddos using the splash pad, make sure they walk! It's very slippery- it would be great if the property would do something to the texture of the flooring to make it safer for kids. Trying to have them walk the entire time was pretty tough! Everything else was great!

Ceiling fans were covered with dust. Ceiling fan in room with queen bed was missing a screw on one of the blades so it was dangling. Mold on the shower liners. Mildew/mold in the showers. Dining room chairs were broken. Comforters smelled musty. Sliding door to balcony was extremely hard to open. Had to run dryer through 2 cycles to actually dry clothes. Could use a few more bath towels for a condo that sleeps 10.

We are sorry you were dissatisfied with your stay. The condo has been updated recently, new kitchen and bathroom cabinets, new master bedroom and living room furniture and more updates to come this fall. The cleaning issues were addressed and the dryer has been replaced

Balcony furniture was rusted. Overpriced condo. Elevator jammed when we were trying to checkout. Took 45 minutes just to go down.

Needs an update

Reviewer Comments: Good location but the Condo needs some updates: Many loose tiles on floor, needs repainting in Living area, no remote for TV, no smart TVs to load your own TV apps, slow internet, worn out pots & pans, numerous burned out bulbs. One other note: elevator accessibility is bad, WAY over utilized by tenants.

Reviewer Comments: Overall the conditions of our condoHas deteriorated in the past few years. Both bathrooms had stopped up drains in the sinks. The kitchen utensils (pans. Etc) are in bad shape. We had a leak in our bathroom but the maintenance manwasjohnny on the spot and fixed it. We have enjoyed staying in this condo but the condition is taking some of that away.
