The condo was very clean, linens were in great condition and the space is perfect. Great location! My only 4 star rating is aimed at the building. It is getting a little dated and needs cosmetic repair

Absolutely loved this place! We are already thinking about next year. Property is exactly as described. Check in was a breeze and the staff were super friendly and helpful. Contact with the host was prompt and helpful. Literally steps from the beach. Perfect location for a large family with children from 4 months to 12 years.

Really nice place. Everything it said is was. Loved our stay there! It was cozy very comfortable and great view of the water!

The view was amazing as always. The only issue that we had was they were doing major construction all week to the condo and you had to listen to the saws and pounding. Somedays were better then others.If I would have known that condo construction was going to be happening, I wouldn't have book this place.

Everything about our stay was incredible. The location was outstanding, the property was clean, the listing was accurate, the facilities were as described. Our family cannot wait to stay here again in the future.

Enjoyed the stay. Good location. One thing wish there was a mop to use while at property. Went and bought swiffer. Floors get gritty and dirty every day would stay again

Great view, plenty of room, kid friendly!

Spacious condo with beautiful 6th floor views. Balcony facing gulf is a wraparound with modernized furniture. There is also a small balcony off the master bedroom facing parking lot that allows you to see the bustling night lights. Kitchen is completely stocked with everything needed. Beds were comfy and everything was clean. Full size fridge, washer and dryer. The property has a large pool area with bbq pits, raquetball, tennis and basketball courts. Located just a few minutes from grocery stores, restaurants, shopping, etc. Allyson was easy to be in contact with. Would stay again.

Very nice

The pictures don't do this unit any justice. Much nicer than pictured, corner unit. The property manager was very nice and an excellent communicator. My only wish is that we knew more details before booking i.e. car passes. We had an extra car that we had issues finding a spot to park. Only 2 are allowed for the unit.

Great place but watch for parking fees

I have college kids and parents so parking cost us 55 dollars per car x 5 cars. I did not have that extra money at Christmas. Parking fees was emailed to me after reservation made, not in write up about the place. It made for a lot of stress. We spent a lot of time looking for public parking. No guard at gate when we arrived so had to get up the next morning to get a parking pass. Some construction but didn’t last long and noise blockers in bedrooms

I'm very sorry for the misunderstanding. The parking fees go directly to the building and are noted in the listing. I offered an extra free night for the confusion. I also shared some public parking options for you guys. I'm glad the construction wasn't too bothersome. It sounds like it's almost done based on many guests' feedback.

We loved the location of this condo. Wasn’t too crowded, we didn’t have to wait long for elevators, the host was very responsive, and everything was as it was listed! Very pleased!

Very clean and spacious. We loved the location. This was probably the best stocked condo we have ever stayed at. They have everything you need for cooking. 10 out of 10. We had a fabulous time there. Thank you!

Great Condo!

We had a lovely time at Pass it Down! Condo had everything we needed and more to enjoy our stay. More than enough room to accommodate our large family! Construction was going on next door, but they weren’t noisy at all, most of it looks like they are working on the interior now. Will definitely stay again!

Pass It Down

The property was advertised with beautiful views. Complex is a little dated, but in a great location. Dealing with the owner was very easy. The only issue that we encountered was that the rug in the bedroom had a lot of stains on it when we arrived. We just emailed picture to owner who kindly apologized for cleaning and we just rolled it up and put in closet.
