Beautiful views across Palmer Private 11th Fairway from the back patio (faces east). Second private patio with barbecue. Close to Clubhouse, Driving Range and three Public Courses (Norman, Nicklaus and Stadium Courses). A short 10 minute drive into Old Town La Quinta. Complete remodel complete in 2021, but not pictured: new king-sized beds in both Bedrooms; new recliner, ottomans and leather couch in the Living Room; new Keurig and drip coffee makers in Kitchen.

We absolutely love La Quinta and had always wanted to buy a place here. For years, we have been going to the beautiful Coachella Valley. So in September of 2012, we finally decided to purchase this condo. We hope you and your family get a chance to enjoy this well decorated and cozy 2 bedroom unit.
Por qué eligió esta propiedad
We bought this particular property because the Palmer Course gets much less traffic than the public courses and the back patio faces east. This provides shade in the afternoons which was important to us. A few steps away is the well maintained pool and jacuzzi. You will love the community Clubhouse and the convenient location which is close to town. The community being gated is a big plus. Gives the security to our guests that stay here in addition to piece of mind when the unit isn't being used.
Qué distingue a esta propiedad
Location...location...location. As stated, patio facing east provides shade during the beautiful afternoons. The high mountains to the west of use protect us from the winds which can really pickup in other parts of the Coachella Valley. Proximity to the pool and and town are also a big plus.
