Located in the heart of La Quinta Cove, this luxury home is perfect for any type of getaway you may be looking for. Its outside offers complete comfort with a private pool and patio, including BBQ and outdoor furniture to kick your feet up on and enjoy amazing views of the Santa Rosa Mountains.

The home features an open floor plan with vaulted ceilings, a dining room seating 8, a gourmet kitchen that includes brand new stainless steel appliances and stocked with dinnerware and cooking utensils. The kitchen opens up to a large living room with a cozy fireplace, large designer couch for 7 and a 85" 4K OLED Sony smart TV. Wireless high speed internet with speeds up to 500bps throughout the home and all TV's have access to YoutubeTV, Netflix, Hulu, Amazon Prime ect.

Within the home are 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. First bedroom features 2 comfortable Full beds with a large closet and 50 inch HD smart tv. Second bedroom includes a California King bed, large mirrored closet and a 45 inch HD smart screen tv. The master bedroom has a plush California King bed with 2 walk in closets and large spacious bathroom, including his and her sinks and separate bathtub and shower.

Our property is blocks from Old Town La Quinta, with dining, shopping, art shows, and a Farmer's Market on the weekends. It is minutes from spas, tennis, golf, and there are hiking and bike trails in walking distance.

** Conveniently located a few miles from the Coachella / Stagecoach Polo Fields and the Indian Wells Tennis Stadium.

Property was nice but AC wasn’t great in one of the bedrooms and the pool was showing its age. Tiles were cracked and the netting over the outdoor area had seen better days. Otherwise, we enjoyed our stay. 75” TV was great and kitchen was sufficiently stocked with cooking utensils.

Ian was super fast to respond. The house was clean and the pool was perfect for the weather. No complaints. Can’t wait to stay again. The house has everything you need, I love to grill and the grill was clean and even had a back up propane tank which we needed after all the grilling. Can’t wait to stay again!

The pool was beautiful and so convenient. Plenty of chairs/seating around the pool. House is very close to downtown La Quinta for great shops and restaurants. Golf courses all around and you are about 10 minutes from hwy 111. Loved the location.

We so enjoyed Ian's beautiful home in La Quinta, CA. It was perfect for us in a quiet, residential neighborhood right by the foothills and walking trails. The house had all the amenities we needed including two coffee makers; a huge TV and a lovely, large, well lit en suite bathroom with a big tub and shower. We plan to stay there again when we come next year, no need at all find someplace else.

My kids love the pool, at night we felt like at home. Sitting on the couch watching movies and eating popcorn. We had a great time. Such a beautiful home, I would stay here again!!

Palm Desert area was a destination I frequented a couple times a a year for vacations, golf, music festivals and relaxation and ultimately saved enough to by a place of my own. I have realized that life does not provide enough time for vacationing at my young age and would like to offer up my home to all who seek a great experience in La Quinta / Palm Desert.
