The house was perfect for our little family get away. We did have rain for a couple of days and weren’t able to enjoy the pool as much as we would have liked, but when we could- it was refreshing and so much fun. The house was fully equipped with games and puzzles, perfect for our rainy days.

Relaxing

We had a wonderful family getaway at the property. Everyone had their own space, used the pool every day, convenient location and was very well equipped with everything you need! Great place to enjoy family time.

Great house

The house is great! The outdoor areas, deck on the top and the pool and seating down below, were perfect for hanging out with family. The house was very clean and well stocked. We enjoyed our stay!

Large house with many rooms to spread out. The location to the gulf was excellent and the pool was an added bonus. Great communication with the host throughout.

Excellent Christmas holiday

It was great location, excellent accommodation we were very comfortable, well equipped kitchen, very clean property. Easy to get to lots of tourist destinations in Florida. Host was very accommodating of our needs, and very responsive.

Excellent Stay

We enjoyed our time here sooo much! The pool was amazing and so warm. Any questions we had were immediately answered by the host. It was an amazing house for our family to enjoy! We will definitely be back!

Perfect vacation house

This house worked great for our family. Had 9 people between the ages of 4-74 and everyone had areas to spread out. Favourite part was the pool. Thanks for the great vacation.

Spacious Home w/ Lovely Pool

This home was perfect for our needs as it fit our large family well. Very spacious and the heated pool was a delight! Located in a quiet neighborhood with beautiful views of the bayou. We definitely will enjoy the memories!

Perfect home

This house is very nice! We enjoyed the pool, ping pong table and the kayaks all week. The kitchen is well stocked with everything you need to prepare meals. The location is perfect. We enjoyed going to Tarpon Springs, Clearwater Beach, howard park beach and Werner Boyce Salt Springs State Park.

What more can we say that the title doesn’t say .From the time of booking to the time of exit the communication throughout was exceptional .We were there for almost 3 weeks and the place to us felt like home .Great for families or just a get away .Thanks for a great experience 5 star the whole way !!!!😀

AMAZING!! Everything you need and more!

We just finished up a long vacation at this amazing home! The location was fabulous! Neighborhood was so friendly and safe. Close to beaches, stores, restaurants and more! Our favorite was the pool!!! It was chilly when we stayed, some days only 55-65 degrees but the pool felt like a giant hot tub the entire time! We caught fish from the dock, enjoyed kayaking in the Bayou, saw dolphins and a manatee!! The house was very clean, modern, and extremely well stocked with all necessities. Owner/manager was extremely helpful with very prompt responses during our stay and prior, with great suggestions and recommendations. We would definitely return to this property! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Perfect Florida home

Let me first start by saying that we stay in vacation homes fairly often and this one is probably my favorite so far! It had everything you could hope to have! I found it hard some days to go and venture out because the house had so much to offer. It was very well stocked with dishes, kitchen gadgets, towels, blankets, etc. and entertainment for every age group. We had my in-laws come and stay for a couple of days and they loved it just as much as the rest of us! The house was very spacious and we were all very comfortable our entire stay. Jennifer was amazing to work with and the house was very clean upon arrival. If I could rate it 10 I would.

Perfect Location for Family Vacation!

My family rented this property for a week long relaxing getaway. There was plenty of space for the 4 adults and 2 children (1 and 3). It is very well stocked for kids with plenty of books and games that kept us entertained all week long! We also were glad to have access to a high chair, step stools, a pack n play, stroller, and other items that we were not able to travel with. The heated pool was our favorite part! We all spent time in it every day and enjoyed the floats. There is a shelf that was perfect for our youngest to play on. We had a couple of questions/minor issues while we were there and Jennifer was very quick to respond and resolve. The kitchen is large and has all the dishes/appliances needed - we we cooked many meals there over the week. We will definitely consider this location again for another vacation!

Port Richey Family Vacation

This Port Richey house is a gem. It is in great condition, with a wonderful pool. My whole family loved the warm water and the sitting and dining areas in the shade near the pool. We used the kayaks provided at the house and were also able to keep a small boat at the dock. The location was perfect for exploring the gulf and Cotee River by boat. The house has 4 bedrooms with comfortable beds and linens. My 2 children had to work remotely during our stay and were able to isolate themselves in the upstairs office and downstairs dining area. The kitchen is fully stocked with any kitchen device or supply you could possibly need. We were able to easily prepare meals for a very large family. The large dining table was adequate to comfortably seat everyone in our group. I would definitely stay in this house again. It had everything we needed for a great Florida family vacation.

Great family vacation home!

I would say that the home was very family friendly. It had a great pool, ping pong table, and fun games. I think the property manager was also very friendly and helpful. We did notice some minor areas of improvement involving the cleanliness of some areas. Dishes were somewhat dusty in the downstairs kitchenette, certain parts of the house didn't seem thoroughly cleaned, and we didn't have a working pool fan, the door downstairs was difficult to open, and there was no extra toilet paper for a week of staying. However, the property manager did help fix the fan! Despite the minor areas of improvement we would definitely recommend this property again! Great views! Centrally located for the beaches we wanted to hit! And very responsive property managers! The hosts also worked with us on the front end and answered our questions in detail!

Great fishing

Fabulous house with everything that was mentioned in the posting, plus more. Every time we needed something for cooking, it was there! Even a meat thermometer for the thanksgiving meal!! It was so nice to have the small necessities provided: toilet paper, paper towels, tissues, soaps, coffee, beach towels and beach chairs! The fishing was a week we won’t forget. We caught (and released) a blue crab, a Seahorse, a baby Seahorse, a stingray, and numerous others. Thank you for providing electric games, ping pong, storybooks and lots of board games. The only suggestions for improvement that we could make would be to label more of the light switches and please provide instructions on how to operate the TVs. Among the 12 of us, we couldn’t find more than two channels. Thank you for providing the place to make our family memories!

Hi Dale, Thank you so much for your kind response. We try our best to supply everything that guests need. I will look into labeling light switches. The house comes, as per the listing only with smart TV's / no cable TV. So you could stream your Netflix etc. I'll look into placing a few antenna's. I'm told one could find then 60+ channels.
