Enjoy this spacious 3 bedroom condo with fireplace. This is located in the newest condo on the beach. This is for more sophisticated tastes and is very upscale. Handicapped accessible. The building has an elevator as well as a handicapped ramp that goes out to the dune to allow everyone to be able to enjoy the ocean.
Shopping, restaurants and retail is within walking distance, along with jet ski and pontoon boat rentals.

The view is absolutely gorgeous! It was conveniently located near restaurants and Publix and a private path to the ocean. The host is responsive and super nice. We would definitely stay here again!

This was one of the nicest vacations. The accommodations were spacious and comfortable. The view was amazing. The area is quiet and relaxing and close to everything we needed. Highly recommend

I can’t say enough good things about this property. Location, well stocked kitchen, beach chairs and wagon, terrific view from patio with tall chairs to see over railing while watching the sunrise, quiet but close to everything. The only thing it needs is different living room furniture. Highly uncomfortable, with no lumbar support and hard to get up from for an elderly person. An ottoman or recliner would make a world of difference. I would stay again and would recommend to others. I had a great stay.

We enjoyed a week at this place. We loved the porch overlooking the ocean and the easy beach access. It’s also close to many of the things we wanted to check out in St. Augustine.

Right on the beach beautiful. Perfect location for my husband, me and my dog. Convenient location for groceries and a night out for dinner. Tastefully decorated, full kitchen. The only critique would be the living room furniture. Looks beautiful but very uncomfortable.

Spacious with a nice view. Some dust on furniture, tub etc. master closet could have been neater (lots of bedding)Towels & pillows smelled stuffy. But would rent again if available during the 4th of July holiday.

This is a wonderful condo with incredible views and easy access to the wide, flat beach. The owner is available and responsive to every need. Definitely a 5 star!

The condo was very clean, easy to check in, very quiet environment. I would definitely stay here again! We did have a problem with the thermostat, but they sent somewhat over to fix it right away.

The unit is on the beach !! Beautiful unobstructed view. Kitchen is good. Could use new skillets. Beautifully decorated with comfortable sofa and chairs. Bedrooms and bedrooms are good. Great restaurants in the area and grocery store nearby

Excellent condo for our honeymoon! Host is very nice. The beach view is amazing. Well light parking lot, entry way, clean and quiet. We are looking to stay here again.

Wonderful condo, it stormed while we were there so we didn't get to enjoy the beach, but the condo was very comfortable for our family and had everything we needed. Would stay here again.

This condo was a perfect choice for my 3 day stay in St Augustine. Spacious, roomy, well equipped and comfy. The patio was the selling point for me with its comfy furniture and amazing views. The morning sun was welcome but did get a little chilly (March) when the sun moved behind the building. Loved being able to walk down to the beach anytime, excellent walk to the point & back, felt safe & enjoyed it inside & out. Would recommend an owners manual with details on TV connections, lots of light/electrical switches for appliances etc. Convenient to Publix and a great restaurant option just 2 miles away, The Reef.
