Enjoy this spacious 3 bedroom condo with fireplace. This is located in the newest condo on the beach. This is for more sophisticated tastes and is very upscale. Handicapped accessible. The building has an elevator as well as a handicapped ramp that goes out to the dune to allow everyone to be able to enjoy the ocean.
Shopping, restaurants and retail is within walking distance, along with jet ski and pontoon boat rentals.

Location location

This is a lovely property. Laid out for privacy when needed, or gathering to watch the waves. The beach felt private - so convenient, so beautiful. The open kitchen and living area were perfect for family time. It’s a wonderful property for family with physical limitations - ramps, elevator, grab bars. Communication with the owner was very easy. Easy access to grocery and liquor store. It’s a wonderful destination.

Birthday Getaway

Beautiful condo on the beach with a shaded patio where we enjoyed the waves all day. Convenient location close to a grocery store, restaurants, and historical spots in St. Augustine. We’ve already recommended this spot to others. Host was very responsive.

Gorgeous, Quiet, Convenient

Beautifully appointed, near bridge to St Augustine and Publix, this condo is spacious and light filled. Excellent quality appliances, washer and dryer, with the ocean at your doorstep. Plenty of pots and pans and dishes. Only drawback was the kitchen utensils were a big insufficient and random. Great communication with the host.

Great location, Great view, would definitely stay there again!

It was everything the listing showed and said and then some. This area of the beach was rather quiet considering it was weekend and week after the 4th of July.

Perfection!

This was my family’s first Vrbo and it was absolutely perfect! The location is right on the beach. The house/condo was spacious and had every amenity you could want. A tv in every room and 2 types of coffee makers. Full kitchen and 2 large bathrooms. Washer and dryer was awesome for a longer stay. Communication with the owner/manager was also a great experience. 10/10 perfect rating and will get this place if we ever come back to Saint Augustine!

Beautiful oceanfront condo. Clean, well appointed. Really has anything and everything one might need. I would absolutely recommend staying here. If we are back in the future, we will certainly stay here gain.

Beach vacation

Great property, great location and quiet. Beach is wonderful for relaxing and going for walks. Restaurants , groceries and liquor stores are nearby. Just a great spot.

Beautiful Ocean View

We had family from out of town. My girlfriend and I live 20 minutes north but wanted to give our out of town family a Florida vacation. Very beautiful and very nice arrangements.

Beautiful location and home

This condo is beautiful. You are also in walking distance of a Publix and a few restaurants, as well as the pier. The owner is very helpful. I will definitely be back.

We thoroughly enjoyed staying at this property. Great view, easy beach access, clean, very spacious! The pictures do not show updated kitchen and bedrooms. Neighbors were very friendly. Would love to stay here again!!

2924 family vacation!

This was our second stay in the same unit (4th time at this location). We love it and wish we could own one of them! We had a minor issue this time with the AC unit going out, but the property manager was very quick to help and it was fixed the following day.

We had a great time staying here in St. Augustine. This place is wonderful. Comments do not do justice. Great location. Well taken care of property. Owner was very helpful. Would love to stay here again. So relaxing!

Perfect Location

We enjoyed our stay in this beautiful condo. Other than some old coffee grounds that had been left on the coffee pot (dry and moldy, yuck), unknown medical pill found on the floor and the bugs in the kitchen, we had a very nice stay in this unit. A deep clean of the kitchen is needed. Local area restaurants were top notch! Perfect location!

Very nice and clean

Property was clean and very enjoyable. Far enough away from downtown st Augustine to have a nice quite beach to your self. Everything you need just about walking distance. Publix pier and restaurants. Will be staying again in the near future.

Paradise

This was our third time staying at this property. It is perfectly located near the grocery store and restaurants, yet the beach is still uncrowded and quiet. The condo has all the comforts of home, and we LOVE the outdoor living area! It has become our home away from home. We can’t wait for next summer!
