This condo was amazing! Beautiful view and very easy access to the beach. Neal and Patrick are the perfect hosts. The condo is well appointed and they have all of the extras that made our stay perfect. I highly recommend this place and we will be back!!

This was our third visit because we love it so much. Neal and Patrick make your stay special with many personal touches. We have never found any other pet friendly rental as nice. You would never know pets are allowed based on the beautiful decor and cleanliness. The patio and view are incredible with direct access to the beach.This is one of our favorite places to visit with our 2 doodles. We will be back!!

We had one of our best vacations ever! Our host provided us with a lot of extra information about the area which was much appreciated. The property was awesome, even better than the excellent pictures and description in the listing. The beach was an easy, short walk away, and beautiful. The furnishings were top notch, and almost anything you would need or could think of is provided. We felt welcome as soon as we walked in the door, and were sad when it was time to leave. An excellent experience, and we hope to visit again!

My wife is confined to a wheelchair and therefore, I had a lot of questions concerning door widths and room arrangements. Neal was very prompt and thorough answering my numerous questions. He and Patrick are very accommodating. It’s too bad the weather wasn’t as accommodating. We were there for our granddaughter’s wedding at Anastasia State Park on the beach. There happened to be a nor’ easter and her wedding was delayed because of rain and then when it let up the wind made it difficult to hear the ceremony. This was no fault of our host and the weather was most unusual for St Augustine. We felt very comfortable and safe in the condo and slept very well. We highly recommend this condo.

Our 6th trip to this gorgeous condo and it still meets all our expectations and beyond! Thank you Neil and Patrick for sharing this gem with everyone. The beach was beautiful, quiet and the only thing close to us was the crab that tried to climb on the towel with me! My sisters and I had a wonderful time and hope to visit again next year!

One of the best rentals I have ever stayed in. Neal and Patrick's hospitality was above and beyond, making us and our greyhound so welcome! The condo was very large and comfortable in a perfect location.

Wonderful stay. Beautiful condo steps to the uncrowded beach. Condo is clean, comfortable and stocked with everything you could possibly need. Ease of communication with owner. This is our 3rd stay at this condo and hope to be back. Very special place.

Everything you could possibly need is provided. Beautiful spacious condo that allows pets and sweet personal touches.The porch, view and access to the beach is spectacular. This was our second visit and will definitely be back.

Beautiful place

This place is beautiful! They were so kind and even left some treats and necessities for our pup. They really went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and comfortable - we had everything we needed and the location is unbeatable!
