A peaceful monthly rental building without weekly turnover so if looking for a great stay or long vacation, this is the place.

Located on a no-drive beach in a sought after building, yet close enough to walk to the pier for dinner. These 3 bedroom / 3 full bath units are great for families.

This unit is on the 1st floor of the 10 story Blue Surf. The unit has a great open floor plan with incredible ocean views from almost every room. Balcony extends entire length of beach side of condo with access from the master bedroom and living room. Walk right out the to the pool and ocean or sit on the balcony and enjoy the beautiful view.

All 3 bedrooms are large (~196sqft, 180sqft, 144sqft) with attached bathrooms and closets. All bedrooms have flat-screen tv's with cable access and wireless Internet is accessible from every room including the patio. Seating in the family area for everyone with a big screen LCD. Kitchen with bar and dining table allows seating for everyone for meals and hanging out.

Includes storage closet with beach toys, blankets, chairs....everything you need on vacation.

The building has tennis, pickleball, workout room, club room, heated pool, grills, shuffleboard, library and covered garage for this unit. All the amenities you need.

Only 1 hour from Orlando for a easy day trip to all the resorts. Close to all the shopping and fun of the Daytona boardwalk (and new outlets!) but still far enough to be the peaceful retreat. Boondock's, Deck Down Under, Sunglow Pier, Aunt Catfish's famous Sunday brunch....close to a lot of very good restaurants to get out a for a nice dinner or low-key tank-top meal.

A wonderful home away from home!

This property is very well appointed. It is tastefully done with nice things. Everything you need from cooking to building sandcastles are at your disposal. We enjoyed every minute and the host was responsive to every request and or question we had.

This property is exactly as described, beautiful views of the ocean, perfect location and lots of room! The no drive beach is great too. We loved it so much we booked again for next year! Great communication with Jill and Ryan. We had no issues and can’t wait to return!

Great unit

Great unit, huge, comfortable, and can’t beat being on the ground floor. There’s a door right from the balcony to the pool deck, perfect set up for small children.

Ocean Front Condo

The condo was spacious and very clean, appliances and furniture are very new. The owner was very responsive with any questions. The view from the condo is amazing, beautiful sunrises every morning. Very close to many restaurants, but away from the busy main street. I will stay again!

Great Time

The layout of the condo was extremely nice. Beautiful views very spacious very spacious and modernized. You had a private entrance into your condo from the pool area yet great view as you sat up higher. We would definitely return

Second Time Staying Here

It was our second time staying here with my husband, sister and our 80 yo parents. It was just as beautiful and clean as last year. As always, Jill was a pleasure to communicate with. We had to leave a few days early because my dad was not feeling well but I have no complaints or regrets. Amazing condo!

Amazing condo

We had a wonderful time in this unit It was our first time staying on first floor. It was so nice to be able to just walk out and jump in the pool or hit the beach. Our grandkids (ages 3 & 5) joined us for a week. It was so nice to be able to pop back into the unit for an extra towel or a snack. The condo had top notch appliances and we loved the pantry with the pots and pans hanging against the wall for easy access. The unit was clean and had everything we needed.

Peaceful Beach Getaway

I stayed at this property Dec-Jan with my husband, sister and parents. It was absolutely wonderful! The pictures are accurate and it is even more breathtaking to see this property in person. It is very clean and in a perfect location. The hosts are great to work with and are very responsive. I had one small issue with a ceiling fan and Jill had it replaced immediately. We all loved our time here and hated to return home. We hope to be able to rent it again next year!

It was FABULOUS!!!!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here! The condo was imaculate in cleanliness! It had EVERYTHING we needed to cook and relax at the condo! The view was AMAZING! We have stayed in the area previously and found that because the condo and facilities were so great we didn't have to leave to explore. It was compfortable, spacious, and relaxing. It offers a lot of space for some quiet relaxing time, while offering wide open spaces to enjoy hanging out with each other! We loved watching the dolphins and pelicans go by... we even saw a manatee group go by from the balcony. The pool and beach were never TOO busy to enjoy! I can't recommend this place enough! Thanks for the opportunity to make memories that'll last a lifetime!

A great time!

The condo was roomy and compfortable. People were friendly and helpful. The beach is wonderful and the view from the 9th floor balcony is fantastic. The pool was heated for the first 10 days and my grandkids loved it. After that the weather cooled and the pool was not heated. Of course the condo is near everything and we found places to go and things to do until it warmed up again. Parking was easy as was getting around the area. I would love to come back.

Best oceanfront view ever!

This was the largest condo (square footage) I've ever stayed in. It is HUUUUGE! The condo was perfect for our large group. We had 6 adults, so 3BR and 3BA was a must. The best part was the view - full length windows stretch the width of the unit (LR, DR, Master BR), that lead out to a balcony overlooking the Atlantic Ocean. The unit is on the 9th floor so you can see for miles. There is a storage closet in the exterior hallway across from the unit with everything you need for the beach (chairs, boogie boards, etc). Pool and deck were good size. The building is very secure with keypad entry. There is even 1 garage parking spot that comes with the unit. Finally, the beach is calm and quiet (no driving in this section). To sum it up - outstanding!

A True gem!

We stayed here with our family of seven and were quite blown away by the facility, the location and most importantly the balcony! This three bedroom condo is beach front and has floor to ceiling windows/doors allowing for spectacular views. The living area is spacious (even for seven adults) and the kitchen, while small, is well equipped. The bedrooms are comfortable and having three bathrooms was very nice. The in unit laundry was also useful especially for a longer stay. Now for our favorite part of the condo... the large balcony which runs the entire length of the condo. It was terrific to have room for all seven of us to sit together outside and enjoy the view! We enjoyed sunrises, watching dolphins, and star gazing. This alone was a major reason we chose this condo and it did not disappoint! The facility has tennis courts, shuffle board, and a fantastic pool. A library and game room in case you need a book for the beach. Plus bathrooms on the main floor so you don't have to go all the way up to the condo. A storage unit right outside the condo where sandy beach things can be stored. This was fantastic as it kept sand out of the condo and reduced clutter. There were beach chairs, boogie boards, beach toys and pool items provided. The location is ideal...close to local restaurants and shopping. The beach was great and since it was on the no drive section it was not at all crowded. A family vote was held and it was unanimous, we all hope to return next year!

Beautiful View - Romantic Getaway!

As soon as we walked in the door, we were amazed at the breathtaking view. The unit itself is spacious, immaculately clean, and beautifully decorated. The kitchen was well equipped and nicely updated. We enjoyed the large balcony....sunrises and sunsets were amazing! The community was quiet, the pool was refreshing and the poolside patio and grills were a fun way to enjoy meals outdoors. We liked everything about this unit and the location on the beach made it perfect. The Owners were great to work with and they made our stay memorable. Wish we were there now!

Our family lives in GA and has vacationed with our extended family in the Daytona Beach Shores area for many years.

We have rented in the Blue Surf for 30 years from our parents starting with a unit way back. The property is fully renovated from the lobbies to the pool and is kept up as you would expect from monthly rental owners. More care is taken here since weekly rentals aren't turned over every Saturday.

Qué distingue a esta propiedad

The condo is large and the deck is huge. The sunrise in the morning over the ocean is 2nd only to the incredible sunset over the river.. The no-drive beach keeps you close to all the benefits of Daytona Beach but far enough to enjoy the tranquility.
