Spacious 4th Floor Condo with a breath-taking view right on the no-drive beach which makes it perfect for families!

Monthly rentals.... means peace and quiet!!

Full kitchen and breakfast bar with all new appliances, fully equipped and dining for 6!

Located on a no-drive beach in a sought-after building, yet close enough to walk to the pier for dinner. This 2 bedroom / 2 full bath unit is ideal for families.

The unit has an open floor plan with incredible ocean views and balcony access from the main room (living/dining/kitchen) and master bedroom. 2nd bedroom has a beautiful view looking out towards the scenic river.

Indoor parking space on the main level of the parking garage.

Both bedrooms have flat-screen TVs with cable access and wireless Internet is accessible from every room including the patio. Seating in the living area for everyone with a big screen LCD.

Includes storage closet with beach toys and chairs... everything you need on vacation.

The building has tennis, pickleball, shuffleboard; workout room, club room, outdoor pool (heated late spring through fall), grills, and library...All the amenities you need.

Only 1 hour from Orlando for an easy day trip to all the resorts. Close to all the shopping and fun of the Daytona boardwalk as well as the Tanger Outlet Mall yet still far enough to be a peaceful retreat. Boondock's, Deck Down Under, North Turn, Sunglow Pier, and Aunt Catfish's famous Sunday brunch are minutes away. So many restaurant options for all types of eaters with fun environments to enjoy and to get out for a nice dinner or low-key beach attire meal are close enough to enjoy the atmosphere.

Who is the Blue Surf community and who owns/rents here? A large number are full-time residents. It's a second/vacation home for many as well. It's also the perfect property for "snowbirds" who want long-term stays of 2-6 months! Blue Surf IS NOT a weekly vacation rental property, monthly rentals only! Low key and family atmosphere! No smoking or vaping of any type.

Our booking calendar opens up at 12 months out, as we give preference to existing and returning renters.

NOTE: As of 2020, VRBO files and pays all state taxes for renters in Florida, so it is a necessity to go through the service. Thanks!

The owners are wonderful people to rent from, the condo is exactly as described, the people in the building are friendly, the NO DRIVE beach is wonderful, the restaurants in the area are fabulous, the parking garage protects the car from the elements, the location of the parking space is convenient and the proximity of the condo to everything you need is perfect!

Had a wonderful extended stay. This condo is located on the non driving beach which is highly preferred. Our hosts were very responsive and kind making sure we had a perfect stay. Our new favorite place to stay in Daytona!

Beach Bliss

An absolutely wonderful condo to enjoy a beach holiday. The ocean , beach and sound of the waves right out your front door. This condo provides a sunrise and sunset view-beauty front and back daily!Mark and Cathy are great hosts and most accommodating! We love returning each year!

The property was very clean and sharp. The view was incredible and the condo has everything we needed (beach chairs, kids beach toys, beach towels, etc.) The host are very sweet and make sure we appreciate our stay. I went to Daytona Beach 12 times, always different places and this is by far my favorite place I stayed. I would recommend it 100%.

Paradise

This is our 4th year in this lovely condo right on the BEACH. Mark and Cathy are wonderful hosts and always positive and easy to communicate with. Seeing the ocean , listening to the waves, walking the beach daily- PARADISE!

The beach view was great! Pool water was nice when it was warmed enough outdoors! The unit wasn’t very clean, only the surfaces had been touched. The lighting in the kitchen was poor, the owner saw to it to get it fixed. The slider screen in the master suite was missing, he saw to getting a new one. The micro wave stop running, he got us a countertop one for the rest of our two month stay and the air conditioner stop working but the was an easy fix by the maintenance man. The owner was very responsive to our issues. Over all it needs a deep cleaning and care.

A Fantastic Spot

This condo is by far the best we have ever stayed in! Absolutely as depicted in the pictures and description! It was spotlessly clean and comfortable. The location is perfection! We spent nearly as much time on the balcony as we did on the beach. The beach is soft sand and clean! Lots of tide pools and sand bars for my grands to play in during low tide and surf for boogie boarding at high tide. Lovely view of the river on the entry side so great sunsets from there and sunrises from the beach side. The condo community is lovely and well taken care of as well as safe and secure. We HATED to leave!

The family has owned property in the Blue Surf Condo since the 1980s. 2nd generation owner that spent summers on this beach growing up and have had the opportunities for the 3rd generation to do the same.

Por qué eligió esta propiedad

Located south of the last bridge to Daytona Beach, less commercial and a combination of residential and condominiums. Blue Surf is a monthly rental so typically will find long-term rentals (multiple months) and families that are vacationing for multiple weeks. No weekly turnover. Also located in the do-drive portion of the beach... less crowded and family oriented, so perfect with families with children.
