NEW Central AC! This is a Great Family Home, With 6 Bedrooms, 2 Baths, (sleeps 11 in Beds, 4 On Sleeper Sofas). Remodeled basement in 2023 with new flooring, new floor rugs and new mattresses for all the beds.

Very Close to Activities. This 2700 Total Sq. Ft. Home is the Perfect Place to Come and Enjoy the Summer Games (2.5 Blocks from the Opening Ceremonies), Shakespearean Festival, Zion National Park, Brianhead Hiking/biking and Many Other Activities. This Home Features a Large Living Room On the Main Floor, and Another Family Room Downstairs, With Plenty of Room to Congregate, Watch Tv and Play. the Kitchen is Supplied With Everything Needed to Make a Large Meal at Ease. Extra Cooking Utensils/pans Are Included, With Even a Crock Pot to Make It Easy for You to Enjoy Your Day and Then Come Home to a Hot Meal. There is a Queen Bed Located in the 2 main floor Bedrooms, Double (Full) Beds in 2 Bedrooms in the basement, 1 Twin Bunk Bed in 1 Bedroom in the basement, 1 Twin Bed in 1 Bedroom the basement, and 2 Queen Sleeper Sofa's (one in each family room). All Bedding and linens are Provided. Two Bathrooms With Plenty of Counter Space, and 20 Fresh Towels and Washcloths Are Provided. Large Dining Table Seats 8 Comfortably (plus extra leaf for an extra 2-4 more) and 3 More Can Sit at the Counter. DISH, 42" New TV upstairs, and 32" TV downstairs, and Internet Are Provided.

This Beautiful Home is Located Only 2 Blocks from the SUU Sports Fields, Less Than 1/2 Mile from the Shakespearean Festival, and Less Than 1 Mile from Downtown Cedar City Main Street Park. It is Only a 25 Minute Drive to the Kolob Entrance of Zion National Park and Only a 35 Minute Drive to Cedar Breaks National Park in Brianhead.
This is an Ideal Place for Large Families Who Want to Vacation Together. You Are Walking Distance to Fast Food, Gas and Groceries. You Do Not Have to Have a Car to Attend Activities Located at Southern Utah University, Shakespeare Festival, Or Any Activity in Downtown Cedar City. Very comfortable home for our famil getaway to the Shakespeare festival

Great Experience!

An overall great experience! The home is in a really good location and convenient to restaurants and shops. We were able to visit several local attractions such as Cedar Breaks NM.

Extended Family visit to Shakespeare Festival

Had a great time. It was wonderful to have family time together eating in the kitchen between shows (sometimes bring food back from one of the 6 fast-food stored within 2 blocks). It was clean and safe. Usually, we walked 15 minutes to the show, but a drive was easy also.

Very nice place, very nice people.

I came with my family for the Utah Shakespeare festival. It was a comfortable home, with plenty of beds. The owners were helpful and responsive. I would totally stay here again!

Clean and convenient

It was a great place for our group of summer gamers. Lots of towels, bedding, cooking equipment, and stuff you need.

Great location and space

We loved the location and set up of the house, within walking distance of the Shakespeare Festival. t was easy to find and everything was very comfortable. There were plenty of places for everyone to sleep. We appreciated the spices and condiments that were in the house and the board games and DVD selection. We would stay here again.

Great for families

As promised, everything you need to enjoy your stay. We came to attend the Shakespeare festival and visit Bryce Canyon and other National Parks. Our group ranged in age from 23-80 and everyone had plenty of space. Location was perfect, close to festival, groceries and highway. We would book the house again if we ever visit Cedar City.

Our family attends the summer games each year. We found this wonderful home that accommodated the 12 of us very well. Would definitely recommend this property. Wonderful people to work with! Very clean, well equipped.

Wonderful house, very close to SUU

We stayed here during the Utah Summer games and could not have been more pleased with the house. The house is quite large and we fit two large families easily. Everything has been updated and is very nicely decorated. The kitchen was well stocked. The owners were very easy to work with and eager to please. We LOVED our stay here! Highly recommend!

Cedar City in a Home with 6 bedrooms

We loved the home. The rooms were perfect for four couples, two single men and one single woman. The house is a little older, but wonderfully situated for a big family to sit around the living room talking and laughing. The dining room table was also big!

Perfect location, good communication

We absolutely loved our stay here! The property manager went above and beyond to be flexible with our schedule and help meet our needs. The house fit our group perfectly and was just the home base we needed for attending the Cedar City Shakespeare Festival. It was such a convenient location. There was enough space for our big group to relax, visit, and eat meals between plays. Thanks for helping to make our trip such a success!

Family reunion with kids and grandkids

We all had a lovely time. Lots to do in Cedar and we had plenty of room for all of us in the house. 10 adults and 5 small children. We were glad we brought our gate for the stairs. The kids had lots of room to play, and enough seating for adults to gather in one spot to visit. Wonderful!

Best travel experience with BEAUTIFUL House

First Word I like to say is "ALL PERFECT...!! " We had a really nice stay, our bed was super comfortable, the room was really beautiful, and the house is very nice. Our hosts were friendly, although we barely saw them while we were there since we were out wandering the town all day! The area is perfect, very close to Walmart, cute shops, cafés and some of the best food we've eaten this trip. Easy access to public transit and public parks. What a nice spot! I totally recommend staying here. :)

Fun and close to SUU stadium.

We had 15 in our group and we had a great time. We were there for soccer summer games! The house was very clean and had everything we needed including towels and a bed for ALL!! It was nice to be within walking distance to the stadium so we didn't have to worry about parking. The only drawback is the upstairs bedrooms (2) were right next to the Arby's drive through so if you end up sleeping upstairs and go to bed early that is kind of annoying but if you stay up late no problems:) We would stay here again!!

Perfect for us

We had four couples and six children for a family reunion and it was a great layout for our needs. Everyone was able to sleep in a room--we did not need to use the sofa beds. The landlord provided baby cribs and some great toys that the kids loved. The kitchen is well stocked with family-appropriate dishes and dinnerware, as well as cookware. The location was convenient to the Shakespeare Festival and we took some longish walks to parks and trails. If we do another reunion in Cedar City, we will try to get this place again!

Great location, good for families or larger groups

Much bigger & cleaner on the inside than we expected. Very comfortable master bed. I think it was a sleep number bed. A few misc kitchen items that we appreciated like coffee (We forgot ours) and condiments. We really enjoyed our stay. We went to both Bryce Canyon & Zion from this location and both were a reasonable drive. Convenient location. We did have a baby and could have used a highchair. We had our own pack n play since one was not provided.

FANTASTIC!

Our family had a wonderful time in your beautiful home! The furniture was kid-friendly and beds were comfortable. There was space for 15 of us to spread out and play on the different levels. Fabulous location near fast food, grocery stores, gas stations, the university and wonderful freeway access. Laurie was great to work with. :) We had a great time and can't wait to come back next year! Thanks again! :)

A Great Place to Stay!

We really did enjoy the house. We started coming 4 years ago and have tried different accommodations each time, with each one coming up short. This year was not the case. We were thrilled with the layout of the home and the cleanliness of it. We like to get together for gab sessions and the living room was perfect for us. We appreciate all you did to make our stay in Cedar City the best we have experienced. A couple of sisters are thinking of booking it for a get together for their own families in the future. I am sure you will hear from us again! Thanks again!

Wonderful for families! :)

The location was great! The kitchen was very well stocked with spices and sauces to make cooking a breeze, yet it was close enough to multiple restaurants if you didn't want to bother making your own food. :) The rooms were well set up and the beds were comfortable. Would easily fit a large group very comfortably. :) The home itself was very inviting and felt very much like our own home. :) We also loved the location to the festival - close enough for a nice walk home after a play but easy enough to drive and great freeway access too. :) And, the owner was super nice and helpful. :). We'll definitely be back!
