Looking for a perfect get away? Here it is. I love my home and hope you will too! I love to travel and wanted to provide all the comforts of home for my guests. Just bring your clothes, and you will be at home. I try to provide everything any traveler could need. Kitchen utensils, pots, pans, bath soap, shampoo and all linens. You can sit by the fire in the evening and enjoy your favorite movies on Dish Network. Relax and cook in the chef's kitchen with brand new top of the line appliances. The condo is located in the heart of Cedar City, close to shopping, the best restaurants in town are only across the street. The Aquatic Center is only 1 mile away and seeing the beautiful National Parks is unforgettable. Ski Brian Head only 30 minutes up the road.

The snow is beautiful, get yours skis ready. Ski Brian Head and Eagle Point from November through April. You can play on the mountains and stay where the altitude will not bother you. Enjoy family reunions, Christmas, play in the snow, ski, or go tubing down the longest tubing run in Utah (in Beaver). Plenty of fun to be had here!

Visit Zion National Park, Bryce Canyon, Cedar Breaks, all within easy driving distance. There are too many lakes and hiking trails to mention, my favorite is 15 minutes away in Kolob Canyon, Taylor's Creek.

Detox and Rejuvenate in nature! Spring, Summer and Fall and Winter fun... There is world class hiking in Zion National Park, Bryce Canyon, and the Cedar Breaks area. Enjoy one of the hundreds of mountain lakes and hiking trails within a 20 to 40 minute drive.

Nice Property

This is a nice property. Good location with stores and restaurants nearby. We didn't hear any noise from the neighbors, which is very important to my family. The refrigerator could have been cleaner, but the rest of the unit was clean and well maintained. I would definitely stay there again.

Great property!

Our family’s first ski trip to Brian Head and we are so glad we stayed at this lovely, well-appointed guest house. The lower level made it extra easy to give the kids their own space. Very comfortable and easy rental process.

Cozy!

We enjoyed our stay! This cozy property felt more like home. The place was spotless and the kitchen is well stocked. We loved the fireplace and the owner even put a little Christmas tree with twinkle lights for us.

Vacation

Great location, with plenty of room for our yearly friends get together. Close to Zion and Bryce for hiking and sightseeing. A 3 hour drive to the north rim Grand Canyon , but well worth the drive.

Great Location!

The condominium is perfectly located between Main Street and the Cedar City Airport; it’s also within a few blocks of Interstate 15. The condominium was very clean and the rocker/swivel chairs are nice. I wish more places had rocking chairs. Sandi, the owner, communicated well with us. The only negative that anyone mentioned is that the steps going to the main level are steep. We loved the place regardless. We would definitely stay here again.

Gateway to the Parks

This sweet and eclectic condo was a perfect location for seeing Zion and Bryce Canyon national parks! Everything was clean. Amenities were plentiful. The style of the condo was fun! I would definitely stay here again and will recommend it highly to friends and family!

Conveniently located and beautifully decorated, we really enjoyed our stay. The condo was clean and well stocked and the owner was great about communicating directions and other instructions. We would definitely rent this place again!

Utah Summer Games

Great place to stay while there for the the summer games. Rooms were very comfortable and the kitchen was well stocked. Quiet neighborhood within walking distance of multiple food options. Owner was very accommodating and quick to respond to when I reached out. Thank you!!!

Beautiful condo, has everything

Cute condo, near everything. Beautifully furnished with everything you could need. It was the perfect place for me and my 2 sisters to stay while in town for my daughter's graduation. Although we brought our own, there were even 2 umbrellas by the front door...and it was a rainy weekend! Thank you!

Comfortable and convenient

Our family was visiting the national parks in the area. This location was right off the expressway and a convenient midpoint between Zion (55 minutes to South entrance and Bryce Canyon (about 1 1/2 hours away). The 3 bedrooms and 2 full baths gave our family of 2 adults and 3 teens plenty of space to cook, relax, and rest.

Cozy and quaint stay in Cedar City

We had a great time here, and Sandi's place is just as it is described in the pictures. The place is very conveniently close to the all the amenities and the highway too. It is ideally located for visiting Zion and St George. The condo is cozy, and a great place to unwind and relax. Very well equipped and spacious enough to accomodate 2-3 families easily. Our lil one had a great time in the house exploring the place and was very excited to be here. We would recommend this to anyone looking for a nice place to stay near to Zion and St George.

I put in a lot of effort to make it a haven of tranquility and comfort, while also ensuring it exudes beauty and charm. I believe I've succeeded remarkably! I've cherished this spot and have consistently spruced it up over the past few years. Anyone who's had the pleasure of staying there always raves about its 'serene' vibe.
