Continuing down the hallway to the right is another bedroom with a full size bed. Across from this bedroom is the living area. Inside this living area you will see beautiful sliding glass doors leading out onto a lovely expansive deck. Off of the deck are stairs that lead down to Bolton's private dock.
From the first level, head up the stairs to the second level. There you will notice a newly remodeled kitchen complete with brand new stainless steel appliances, granite countertops, and even a separate wine/beer fridge with a coffee/tea area. The kitchen has plenty of supplies to cook your favorite Maine meal in. Also up here is a large dining and living area, a full bathroom with a stand-up shower, washer and dryer and a bedroom with a queen size bed. The third level has a full bathroom with a tub and shower and two bedrooms; one of which has a queen size bed and its own private balcony looking out the cove, while the other has two twins and a full size bed. Each level has access to the decks through sliding glass doors. The middle floor has all new hardwood floors and cozy furniture. The couches are also pull-outs to sleep additional people if needed.
