Spacious house overlooking casco bay with a wrap around porch with three sets of Patio furniture and a fire pit on the front lawn. This Property is located in a small quiet neighborhood that is well maintained. House Has 2 full Kitchens and 7 bedrooms. Located very close to local amenities, including Pammy's Ice Cream Parlor, Mitchel Field Walking and picnic area (sunsets are amazing), The Dolphin Marina, Erica's Seafood, Many local Walking and Hiking Trails, and Stover's point local public beach. This is a great place for Families or Adults looking to have a great relaxing time. Note Most of the water wells in Harpswell have hard water, the house has a water bubbler for drinking.

What a great place to stay! second year in a row we have stayed in Harpswell area, 1st time at this house. 3 families (6 adults and 8 kids). The deck view of the bay was the highlight for us. nice and relaxing in the morning and at night. would highly recommend for any large families or groups looking for a spacious house to stay. Owners were very responsive and overall excellent!

It was a great property and a lovely area. Some windows difficult to open or no screen and there were tiny ants in the kitchen which invaded my Salt Water Taffy (LOL) but it was well stocked for a large group and Pam and family were great! They did not invade our privacy but were available if needed. Check-in and check-out were no problem. All in all an enjoyable stay in a nice property at a good value! Thanks Pam and your ice cream was delicious!

The house was spotless and had plenty of space to comfortably accommodate our crew of 15! The large deck featured a great grill that was ideal for our graduation cookout and the ocean view made the experience even more beautiful. There’s plenty of indoor and outdoor seating. We had a great time at the house hanging out, catching up, and playing board games at the kitchen table. Beautiful home, would highly recommend this house!

Great view, nice property, cool area in Harpswell. Great to stay at if you are in town for Live Well Farm. Lots of rooms, beds, and privacy.

Perfect location overlooking the bay. Plenty of sleeping accommodations and areas to relax and socialize. The wrap around deck and furnishings were perfect to enjoy the outdoors. Thank you for your hospitality.

Truly, our entire stay was lovely. Pam was available for us if we needed anything at all. The views are astoundingly beautiful; this was our favorite home away from home this summer for sure.

The home is spacious, clean, and beautifully situated in the picturesque Casco Bay region. Our hosts made us feel welcome and safe from the start, and we had a wonderful time in the area. The house was the perfect size for our big group of adults, teens, and children. Would return any time.
