Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Spent 5 incredible days/nights at Pelican Isle. The weather was beautiful for this time of the year. Really enjoy Ft. Walton. Wonderful!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This was our second time staying in pelican isle, first time in this unit. The condo owner contacted us to make sure we knew about the evacuation due to the incoming hurricane and even gave us a refund for one night. The pool was closed for a few days while we were there due to a lock issue, but we came for the beach anyway. I love the location of pelican isle and the view is amazing!

Perfect Condo For 2

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: My wife and I have stayed at a hotel down the beach from this condo quite a few times. The last few stays have been less than stellar, so we wanted to try something different. We worried about renting a place that was worse.All our fears were for naught. We loved this little condo! Great view of the ocean, perfect size for 2 (will hold up to 6 I think so if you have kids it's good too) and was super clean. Had the right utensils we needed in the kitchen, comfortable bed (nice mattress that doesn't bounce), and a huge TV to watch football in the evening. We will stay here again if we can get it. LOVED it!

Family Vacation

It was lovely! It was our first family vacation and our first time in Florida and we had the best view. I loved being right on the beach. Great location and great condo.

Condo was great, all we needed

Location was good, beach service included was a plus. Condo had all we needed and was clean. We will use this location and unit again, enjoyed the large shower

Wonderful

Condo was clean, stocked, comfortable with the most amazing view. We also got free tickets everyday to entertainment, free beach set up everyday. Would stay here again over and over
