(100 steps from door) The balcony has a gorgeous side view of the surf! This condo comes with a fully equipped kitchen, king size bed, sleeper sofa, Wi-Fi, and a beach front heated pool! By the pool you will find grills and smokers to prepare your catch of the day or items purchased at the nearby fresh seafood market! Enjoy the Okoloosa fishing pier, the Gulfarium, close by restaurants, and all the attractions of Destin! Check

Great place to stay. Condo was very clean & had everything anyone would need. Close to many activities & beach is right there. Hostess was very easy to reach & responsive. Would definitely stay again.

Very beautiful condo. I would definitely stay there again. The owners were super nice and responsive to when I needed to speak with them. Very clean and everything we needed was there. I recommend this condo to anyone!!!

Nice place to stay for a beach getaway

The wife and I very much enjoyed staying here. There were plenty of towels, and beach necessities were provided, and the general decor was fun and beachy. All appliances worked as they should. Additionally, we heat advisories the whole time and the AC worked flawlessly. Beach access was easy. I wouldn't hesitate to stay here again!

Clean and comfortable

Well kept and very relaxing, right on the beach. Beach chairs and umbrellas are a must to stay guarded from the sun, thanks for including them!

Perfect getaway

My daughter and I came for a gymnastics competition. The locations is close by to restaurants and shopping. There were beach chairs and towels available which made traveling a breeze. The condo had plenty of space and had a good sized balcony. We will definitely come back!

Our stay at beautiful Fort Walton Beach

Loved the condo … very cozy and convenient to beach and restaurants . Very friendly atmosphere . We’re going to plans to return next year as well . Owners were very nice and easy to communicate . See you next winter 😉

We purchased last year while the entire complex was going through an entire makeover including all new windows, sliding doors & exterior doors & addition of deck by pool with grills & picnic tables right on the beach! We love having our family over or just 2 of us & grill fresh fish from local seafood markets while watching sunset.
We had the interior freshly painted & new tile & is very clean!New sofa & loveseat, king size bed with walk in closet between bedroom & bath. The sofa makes a sleeper also.
Fully equipped kitchen with microwave
