Dear Stefan, Thanks for v isiting! Sorry about the issues. In most instance, the batteries is the issued. Siunce everything worked that day, it was believe to be the issue until it started acting up again the next day. It has since been handled. It was a pleasure having you and hope you come vsiit again!

Unfortunately, we had to relocate you to a comparable unit in the same grade due to the ongoing building-wide balcony construction schedule. Even when it appears that no active work is taking place, we are required to follow the contractor’s schedule and safety restrictions for all affected units. We truly regret that this impacted your stay and that the alternate unit did not meet your expectations. As mentioned, we offered a full refund option at the time to ensure you had flexibility in how to proceed. We appreciate your understanding and the opportunity to host you despite these circumstances. Your comments have been shared with our team.

Thank you for the positive review. While I am not the owner of the unit, but the manager, my goal is to make your vacation as hassle free and pleasant as possible. I take pride in the units, as if they were my own, by maintaining the units in the best possible way from cleanliness to maintenance. I do apologize for the problem with the shower, which I would have had taken care of immediately, had I known about it. We take pride in our cleaning, and that was unacceptable, so again, please accept my apology.The owner takes much pride in his unit and does updating in the unit every time he comes in, and it shows.
