Un esquema verde vibrante color ofrece a través de este confortable estudio con una cama doble y un sofá cama individual. Reclinarse después de un largo día de turismo en una zona de estar, donde la luz solar natural rebota en suelos de madera e ilumina todo el espacio. Sus 4 ventanas y 3 balcones wellcome del sol y de las vistas a la hermosa plaza con árboles en el fron del edificio.

Apartment in Barcelona

The apartment is clean and as described in the pictures. It is in a location that is easily walkable to most of the big touristic sites. Our only complaint is that it is very noisy at night from the bar directly below and the neighbourhood itself. Property manager was kind.

As advertised— and that’s good!

We were very pleased to see that the property looked as expected and has a lot of character. It was well equipped and Victor’s colleague Marc was responsive by phone and messages, even if not showing up as expected when issues arose. None of those issues were serious. We really liked the neighborhood and the view from the windows. The A/C worked well and closing the windows blocked the street noise effectively. We experienced one serious safety issue on our last night. A family member closed an interior door without knowing that the door didn’t have a handle on the inside. My husband and I were locked in with no means of escape if such were necessary and we couldn’t get to the bathroom either. I’m sure they will get that fixed. All in all, we would recommend this place to others.

Perfect for our needs

Definitely bright apartment, lots of light and windows. Neighborhood a little sketchy at night, but the Euro cup was happening and people were celebrating. The washer was a blessing and the place had all the amenities of home. Conveniently located to many shops and apartment sits above an awesome little restaurant that serves the best tacos ever! Marc was very accessible. We locked ourselves out late at night and he responded right away and got us back into the apartment. Would definitely stay again. We enjoyed our stay and felt welcomed by the culture.

Neuve noches en El Raval

The stay was quite pleasurable. Many sights of interest were within walking distance, along with very good tapas and galician restaurants. There were many supermercats and other services in the area. The neighbourhood, however, looked a little sketchy for Old Barcelona, but we had no issues - it's a major city, with all that goes with that.

HUGE BED BITES BEWARE

Requested clean linens for filthy pillow, duvet cover for dirty comforter. 2nd day covered in BED BUG BITES !!!! Huge welts. Took picture for host. Clean linens did not arrive until night before we left…. 5 days. Would not recommend this until it was fumigated. Victor has not responded dealing with this issue. We would like half of our payment to be refunded.

Comfortable and Sunny Apartment

We spent 4 nights and felt very comfortable during our stay. We were able to walk to many sites from the apartment. The outside appearance isn't appealing, but once you are inside it is lovely, lots of sunshine which made the space feel spacious. The apartment had all that was needed and everything worked well. We would definitely stay here again.

Excellent Location

Apartment is an amazing location and very nicely decorated. There is lots of space and the building itself was secure and quiet. Also, great to have a clothes washer! Be prepared for noise from the street (ear plugs are necessary). The check in process was confusing as we never received instructions and had to contact them. The bathroom had clearly been used just prior to our arrival :( and the kitchen needs a good cleaning.

Central location, very comfortable and up to date. Loads of food shops and restaurants, steps away from the Boqueria. Well equipped kitchen with plenty of pots and pans for simple meal prep. Excellent experience.

Bohemian Rhapsody

El Raval is the hipster neighborhood of Barcelona, replete with graffiti, thrift shops, tattoo parlors all around. The flat is located on the third floor above a sceney bar/restaurant called Fat Schmucks. We chose the location because it is very near the famed La Boqueria market and we were eager to sample food from a variety of stalls. The apartment is pretty much 'as photographed' and functions very well. Flor, the property manager, met us outside and toured us through the ins and outs of the apartment. She followed up and sent us some recommendations of museums and restaurants. Thank you Flor! The main living room/dining room/bedroom was comfortable and had lots of windows. The A/C was very efficient. The washer/dryer was a big plus, as we were on a three week trip through Spain. I might recommend that the owners replace the bed and the linens with more luxe appointments, as this would go a long way to giving the apartment a 4/5 star hotel feel. All in all, we enjoyed our stay in the apartment and in this colorful neighborhood of Barcelona. To be fair, we were probably on the older side of people who choose this location.

Great apartment in a colorful neighborhood!

This apartment is just as described! Very clean and comfortable. Lots of attention to detail. The air conditioner was nice for the hot days. However, it does leak, and we needed to make sure there were towels underneath so it didn't ruin the floors. Also, the drip was somewhat noisy. Lots of restaurants nearby and close to the metro and all the touristy areas of Barcelona. We would definitely stay there again!

Beautiful apartment in a fantastic location

The location in the Raval could not have been more convenient to all the attractions of Barcelona's old town, metro access was nearby and easy, the neighborhood is young and vibrant. The apartment was perfect, can't imagine a better home base for our first time in Barcelona. Flor and Victor were extremely responsive and helpful.

Perfect for us

This place is just as pictured, very comfy and well stocked. We loved being in El Raval as it is vibrant and has a personality we enjoyed. SO close to most things that we walked pretty much everywhere even more distant sites. Short walk to La Rambla, shops, restaurants, the water. We would stay there again if we return and we hope to!

Delightful place to stay

Can't say enough about this darling property. Flor was in contact with us days before our arrival reaching out before, during and after. This attention to client was much appreciated. We had no issues but just knowing she was a call or text away was comforting. As for the apartment, you can't go wrong booking this location. It was perfect for two. We have been to Barcelona several times, staying in the Gotic area. I must say I enjoyed the Ravel neighborhood just as much. Then again, any area in the Old City is interesting. Close to the metro (Liceu was the stop we used the most), La Ramble, Boqueria Market, the Marina, it's all within walking distance this apartment is the place to stay. If you like to walk, get a City map from one of the tourist information centers, (just look for the red sign with the white capital I). As for amenities, the shower was amazing, hot water, perfect water pressure, the best we've had yet in our travels in Europe. Great blow dryer, don't bring one, the one supplied was 2200 watts of power, no cheap hotel blow dryer here. Nice size refrigerator, washer, no dryer but there is a drying rack that worked nicely. Not a standard coffee pot, but a "Nespresso" machine. Flor supplied the pods for it. Also, a electric hot water kettle, nice for tea. Full kitchen supplies should you decide to cook a few meals in home. The TV worked fine, internet was top speed. Comfortable bed, with extra pillow, and blankets in the cupboard. You will love the lighting the apartment has, open the windows and french doors and let the Barcelona air flow. Some evenings, especially Friday and Saturday nights folks are enjoying the late nights, no worries though, the A/C works great and once the windows are shut, virtually no ambient sound. To sum up, book this apartment, you will not be disappointed. Enjoy Barcelona, knowing you have a lovely place to return to at the end of the day.

Authentic Barcelona Experience in the Raval neighborhood

If you want an authentic experience in Barcelona this apartment is perfect. If you want to be with all the other tourists then Las Ramblas is a ten minute walk away. Everything about the apartment in the description was spot on. We were met at the apartment upon our arrival by Flor and shown how to operate everything. The only thing that she couldn't get to work was the TV. We didn't care as we weren't going to watch it anyways. There are so many bars and resturants walking three blocks in any direction, that the choices were overwhelming, including a vegetarian resturant on the ground floor. We walked to the La Boqueria one morning and brought back prepared food to warm up for dinner. It is noisy at nite on the street below, but we shut the windows, turned on the fan as white noise, and had no trouble sleeping through the nite.

Lovely property in the heart of El Raval.

Very clean and efficient. The lift to the apartment, four floors up, is a bonus. Flor manages the property with incredible attention. For all the street noise, once the windows are closed, it is very quiet inside. Heat in the colder months is quite adequate. It is appreciated that the owners and managers are environmentally aware and encourage their guests to be the same.

Great location for touring the Gothic section of Barcelona

The apartment is centrally located just off Las Rambas and shopping and restaurants a just minutes away. The neighborhood, while centrally located and has plenty of stores for you to get your provisions and delicious places to eat, is a bit dodgy - think "Times Square". We found that the vibrant neighborhood made it sometimes challenging to sleep until after the bars and businesses closed even with the use of the earplugs Delta provided. The mattress is comfortable and there are plenty of blankets to keep you warm although a pillow upgrade is needed. The kitchen (they started us with a few espresso pods and Cava for the New Year) has every thing you will need for your stay and there are some condiments. US travelers might have a time figuring out the cook top and the clothes washer can also be tricky (choose "Breve" cycle and cold wash for quickest cycle) . There is no dryer for clothes- only drying racks or clothes line outside. The bathroom has plenty of storage for toiletries and a good blow dryer for the ladies and a magnifying mirror! The drain in the shower is very slow and pools up at your feet and you will run out of hot water if you have three people showering in succession. There were some leak issues during our stay that were being addressed and the owner was attentive. Fresh paint would make the place shine more but that won't make your stay any better or worse. There is good storage so bring plenty of comfy shoes because you will walk a lot. No USB ports so be sure to bring your chargers. Flor is a delight and pay close attention when she shows you how to open the door!

Wonderful place to stay!!! The apartment is in a GREAT location - a real, vibrant, living neighborhood where one gets to experience the true feeling of the City, just outside of the tourist chaos (and expense) while also being VERY centrally located - easy, short, lovely walks to just about everything the City has to offer. Shops for all your needs within a block or two of the apartment and prices are very reasonable. The bakery/cafe kitty corner is super. One could not find a better host than Victor Bello. Excellent communication from initial booking to departure day. He made our trip so much easier and more enjoyable by assisting with tourist information before and at arrival, as well as help with out airport transportation. Victor greeted us promptly upon arrival and patiently made sure we were are settled in and had our bearings. It was such a delight that he had a bottle of wine, chocolate, and coffee on the counter, as well as basic essentials in the kitchen, laundry and bath. We could now just relax and enjoy our home away from home after a very long day of travel. A stellar apartment with a most excellent host.

Awesome Loft!!!

Excellent loft !!! In the center of Barcelona, close to everything, great restaurants nearby. Really five minutes from the Ramblas. Presently the loft is more beautiful than the photos, it has a full kitchen and all the amenities for a great stay. Victor and Flor are very attentive and available to help in whatever they need. No centro de Barcelona, próximo de tudo, ótimos restaurantes próximos. Realmente a cinco minutos das Ramblas. Lovely studio in Barcelona

This is a wonderful studio...quiet, centrally located, accessible to shops and markets. We walked to the Barri Gotic and El Born districts quite easily. The neighborhood is vibrant and diverse. There is a wonderful vegetarian restaurant situated beneath the apartments which serves a delightful Vermut. Our hostess was courteous and informative. We will definitely return if a Barcelona stay is in our future travel plans.

Open views please. Most of my apartment are attics with amazing views over the city or to some open nice places. I enjoy very much music. Now i am addicted to Spotify: it is like traveling around the world! When i travel, specially if i stay long, i like to have access to spotify and other Internet tools. That's why all my apartments have free Wifi connection and computer with web cam.

The open big space with 3 small balconies and a nice window will give you a relaxing feeling of pleasure. Its wood floor, its big bed, NON Ikea forniture, new kitchen and bath, etc... All ready for you to feel in a sweat room of a 4/5 stars hotel. Trust me. But with the advantage of being in an apartment where you can enjoy cooking, you can be yourself without being disturb in the morning.

Also the neighborhood is ideal to discover the city. In center town but not too much touristic. And only 5' walking from Las Ramblas and Palau Guell
