Charming Beach House in Rockport!! Come Relax and Enjoy!!

Charming beach house is rental ready and located in South Rockport. It's equipped with Wifi, Roku, washer/dryers, outdoor grill and all the conveniences of home.

Our home is on stilts and has 2 Bedroom / 1 Bath and is within walking distance to bay. Home is comfortably furnished with wrap around windows in family room. We have also included a working space in the great room - great for remote working.

Master Bedroom has 1 queen bed, guest room has 1 queen bed and a set of bunk beds. Additionally Sofa/futon in living room makes into a full size bed.

Casa Rockport is in a terrific location just 3 Blocks away from the Bay, has partial bay views, walking distance to parks and Market Street shopping and a few blocks away from a public fishing pier.

We are certain you will be comfortable during your stay.

Great family stay!!!

Visited Aransas Pass for a fishing tournament. Need a clean comfortable place to stay and not break the bank. This place was 2 block from the water. A 5min drive to Rockport Beach and the Arts district with shopping and restaurants was within walking distance. Could not have been more pleased with this quick clean getaway for me, my wife and 3 children!

Comfortable and fun

The home was cute, clean and comfortable. Close to shopping, restaurants, the pier and beach park. The host had a lot of pro tips for an enjoyable stay.

Awesome Place

Really loved staying here...perfect for me and my little family. Wish we could have stayed a little Only a couple blocks from the beach. Everything about this stay was very relaxing, no issues with check-in very comfortable. Home is exactly how on pictures will definitely return to stay!!

Beautiful and well kept property

Overall, we had a great stay. The house is well kept and everything you need for cooking and grilling is at your disposal. One downside is they don't have cable and the only way you can access your TV subscriptions (Netflix/Prime Video) is via a BluRay player that didn't work. I let the owner know and they tried helping me troubleshoot it, but after thirty minutes or so of trying, I gave up. Luckily, I brought my work laptop and used their HDMI cable to connect it to the TV (just a tip if this doesn't get fixed). Also, the neighbors were getting some sort of plumbing work in front of their house two full days that we were there so it was very noisy, but it's not the owner's fault, just bad luck. The house is a very short drive to the beach, HEB, and restaurants. It's a great location! I highly recommend it and would stay here again in the future.

Awesome....except....

Quiet neighborhood EXCEPT for the neighbor's dog...whick barked CONSTANTLY. Not exaggerating. Hard to sleep in or enjoy a morning cup of coffee on the deck. VERY LOW covered area...had LOTS of bumped heads! The house itself and location was wonderful.

Very cute house in a quiet neighborhood!

We really enjoyed our stay! The house had everything we needed except for a TV in the master bedroom. We were able to walk to the pier in the morning and the beach was just 5 minutes down the road! Visit Rockport donuts while you are there, they were awesome!!! The shops in town have really great stuff as well! We would stay here again for sure!!!

Great place close to the beach!

We had a great time at Eunice's place!!!! My in-laws remarked multiple times how nice it was and that they really enjoyed their time there. It was also affordable for how close it was to the beach and other amenities. We all had fun and my in-laws were left with a positive impression of me: That's something you can't put a price on.... I highly recommend this place to anyone visiting the Rockport area.

Weekend family getaway

We enjoyed our stay. Great location very close to downtown shops, the marina and Beach. House was very spacious. The owner was very accommodating and accessible. (not all of them are) We spent one day in Port Aransas on a Dolphin tour, which is a short 35 minute ride down the road. We look forward to making this an annual family event at this house. With the max 8 guests in the house, we could have used a half bath. Other than that, you won't be disappointed if you decided to stay here.

Great location for a beach getaway

Was a nice house remodeled after the hurricane is less than a 5 min drive to the beach with all surrounding conveniences within walking distance if you don't want to drive. Great place to getaway for a couple days.

Our favorite rental in Rockport

We would like to thank Eunice and her family for allowing us to stay at their beach house for three months. We are winter Texans that lost our condo to Harvey. The first three months of our winter stay we were in Flour Bluff which was very inconvenient. We reached out to Eunice who made several exceptions allowing us to be in Rockport to oversee our rebuild. Before purchasing our condo we had rented for five winters in Rockport. This was the cleanest and most cozy rental of them all! The location was ideal for us as it was close to the water, shopping, restaurants, churches and all of our volunteer venues. It is located on a very quiet street and the neighbors are wonderful! Hoping all future renters enjoy it as much as we did!

Nice and comfortable

House is close enough to walk to the beach but you can't see it. Which was fine. We had a great time in Rockport and would stay at the property again. Loved the layout and decor of them home. Very comfortable and kitchen is fully stocked, they even provided towels and laundry soap!
