Two story unit located within walking distance to the charming Pier Village of St. Simons and its famous lighthouse. This beautiful 2bed/2.5bath unit offers unique style, amazing décor and outstanding comfort throughout. Features include: a luxurious master suite with private master bath, a spacious guest bedroom and bathroom, a gorgeous dining area with sitting for 6 comfortably, an amazing family room, and a relaxing patio area for winding down after a long day at the beach. Additional features include plantation shutters, stainless steel appliances with side by side refrigerator, free WI-FI, in unit washer and dryer and onsite pool.

The East Beach is a short bike ride or a 3 minute drive from the villa. The Coast Guard Station entrance to the east beach has outdoor showers, bathrooms and a snack bar.

Other amenities that are within walking distance include: Neptune Water Park/miniature golf, Mallery Recreational Park, Demere Park (for skaters), basketball court, tennis court, and a baseball field.

It was a great condo for a week at the beach! 5 minutes from East Beach, 5 Minutes from Southern Soul, and a stone's throw from the Pier Village. Will book again!

Had a great stay, perfect for what we needed! The home was in a perfect location for us. Short drives to everywhere we needed to go. The home was very clean and decorate very nicely, it had everything we needed. Would recommend this home to anyone who asked :)

Perfect in every way

We had a wonderful stay! This condo has everything you need and is within walking distance to the beach, the pier, the shops and restaurants. Very quiet complex and we had the pool all to ourselves most days! Highly recommend!

Fun & relaxation on St Simons Island

We had a wonderful time! We went to several beaches on St Simons and Jekyll Islands. The beaches were very big, spread out, not crowded. The waves coming in were rolling softly, not pounding like how a lot of FL beach waves are. We found a lot of sand dollars on Glory Beach on Jekyll. We saw all of the historical sites in the area and enjoyed the weekend craft shows downtown. Sitting by the pier allowed us to see wonderful sunsets! Overall it was a great vacation!

Great Stay

Arrival instructions were great. Ample parking and very quiet. Condo was just what I needed for the my visit to SSI. Would definitely stay again.

Great island condo!

Condo was clean, well decorated and in a great location. Walk to pier/village area where there are lots of shops and restaurants. Close to beach, 5 minute drive. Would recommend and stay again!

ST Simon Island visit

Nice townhouse, centrally located

This place was pretty nice. It was spacious and centrally located on St. Simon’s. We really enjoyed the pool and the convenience to being less than a ten minute drive from anywhere. It was interesting to be sort of part of an apartment complex? But I guess that makes it safer since it’s full of locals. East beach is very close but still necessary to drive or bike. I would highly recommend bringing bikes or renting them for the week. The place itself was nice. The beds were not great and could use better mattresses. The tv in the second room wasn’t hooked up but we didn’t tell the host, we just didn’t use it. On site laundry was great. Couch is very uncomfortable but we made due. Host was very responsive on our first night.

Great Stay

Highly recommend! The complex was quiet and tucked away, the inside ambiance set the perfect tone for a relaxing getaway. The house itself was clean and well-maintained, with modern amenities that made our stay comfortable. The kitchen was fully equipped, making it easy to prepare meals. The bedrooms were cozy and spacious while the living area was tastefully decorated and provided a great space for unwinding after a day in the sun. Location-wise, this beach house was unbeatable. We walked to the pier and playground each morning, then drove to the public beach access for the afternoons. We enjoyed the pool area in the evening, that was a must for our kids! The host wears incredibly accommodating and responsive, ensuring that we had everything we needed for a perfect stay. Overall, this beach house met our expectations and provided a truly memorable vacation. We can't wait to return!

Great Stay.

Our stay was great. There was an issue with the booking however. When I initially booked it I made a mistake and entered 2025 instead. I recognized it immediately and reached out to VRBO. The agent was able to change it to 2024. However, the night before we were leaving on our vacation, I reached out to the owner because I hadn't heard from anyone with the details for check-in. Somehow the reservation said 2025 again! My friend who made the booking with me clearly remembers checking to see if it had been corrected to 2024 after my initial mistake. It had. Somehow it reverted to the original date of 2025. Fortunately the owner was very accommodating and was able to accommodate us.
