The Unit is great for a short stay, AC temp is stuck on 77 degrees, during the day or raining the living room gets very humid. Bring water with you, the refrigerator does not have water supply or ice. Overall a nice unit for a short stay of 2-3 days.

We were impressed by the property and location. The rooms were very clean. The host was very responsive. The community was extremely welcoming and friendly. We enjoyed the pool tremendously. Everything matched and exceeded our expectations.

A wonderful place to stay! Clean, well decorated, and good location. Host is great - proactive with information about the upcoming stay and details, as well in responding to questions. Would definitely stay here again.

We had an excellent stay St. Simons Island. The location was wonderful, we were only five minutes away from everything we wanted to do. The pool was such a great and bonus and the villas were so quiet and peaceful.

This was a great place to stay for a group of four on a golf trip. Clean and spacious enough to relax. Will stay here again for future trips to the island.

This home was perfect for our stay. It was beautifully decorated and well equipped. The host was quick to reapond to our request to stay and prompt with our check-in information. The host was wonderful with the little things. There were extra pillows, towels, and even salt and pepper that just made the stay easy!

The condo was clean. The Landry room was a plus and the location of the condo was perfect for us just a short walk to the village and pier. We had a great time and will be back to St Simons Island next year.

Everything was satisfactory except the grill was dirty so we didn’t use it. Bed was comfortable, dish drainer was also dirty. Over all I would rate this as a 4 star condo.

It was a great condo for a week at the beach! 5 minutes from East Beach, 5 Minutes from Southern Soul, and a stone's throw from the Pier Village. Will book again!

Had a great stay, perfect for what we needed! The home was in a perfect location for us. Short drives to everywhere we needed to go. The home was very clean and decorate very nicely, it had everything we needed. Would recommend this home to anyone who asked :)
