Two story unit located within walking distance to the charming Pier Village of St. Simons and its famous lighthouse. This beautiful 2bed/2.5bath unit offers unique style, amazing décor and outstanding comfort throughout. Features include: a luxurious master suite with private master bath, a spacious guest bedroom and bathroom, a gorgeous dining area with sitting for 6 comfortably, an amazing family room, and a relaxing patio area for winding down after a long day at the beach. Additional features include plantation shutters, stainless steel appliances with side by side refrigerator, free WI-FI, in unit washer and dryer and onsite pool.

The East Beach is a short bike ride or a 3 minute drive from the villa. The Coast Guard Station entrance to the east beach has outdoor showers, bathrooms and a snack bar.

Other amenities that are within walking distance include: Neptune Water Park/miniature golf, Mallery Recreational Park, Demere Park (for skaters), basketball court, tennis court, and a baseball field.

Great Stay

Arrival instructions were great. Ample parking and very quiet. Condo was just what I needed for the my visit to SSI. Would definitely stay again.

Fun & relaxation on St Simons Island

We had a wonderful time! We went to several beaches on St Simons and Jekyll Islands. The beaches were very big, spread out, not crowded. The waves coming in were rolling softly, not pounding like how a lot of FL beach waves are. We found a lot of sand dollars on Glory Beach on Jekyll. We saw all of the historical sites in the area and enjoyed the weekend craft shows downtown. Sitting by the pier allowed us to see wonderful sunsets! Overall it was a great vacation!

Great island condo!

Condo was clean, well decorated and in a great location. Walk to pier/village area where there are lots of shops and restaurants. Close to beach, 5 minute drive. Would recommend and stay again!

Wonderful vacation

Wonderful spring break

Close to the beaches. Great proximity for a day to Florida or Savannah. It’s about a mile to the dining and shopping area which translates to a wonderful evening walk. Very clean.

Very convenient, clean, and adorable!

The condo is located in a great area, with about a mile walk to the downtown. It is perfect for our trip, with the fantastic communication from the owner. Would recommend.

In the Middle of Everything

Location, location, location. We played golf at Sea Island every day of our stay and it was just 6 minutes away. Downtown St. Simons was only 3-4 minutes away. The accommodations were exactly as advertised.

Great Location and Great Host!

This condo is in the perfect location for everything! It's walking distance to the beach and to the cute little downtown area. The host was easy to communicate with, and he fixed a slight problem for us (a clogged drain in the bathroom) in record-breaking time! We would rent this space again! The only thing we would suggest is that the kitchen be a little more stocked. There was a coffee pot, but no coffee, not too many dish towels, and the water/ice maker on the frig did not work.

Cute and comfy

Spent 4 nights in the condo while attending a painting class. It’s cute and comfortable, very clean, fluffy towels, and the Queen sized bed is very comfortable. Didn’t evaluate the twins in the other bedrooms. Everything was a short drive from the condo and getting around wasn’t a problem. My only complaint as a 70 plus person was that the bathtub was very slippy and providing a rubber mat for the bathtub might be a good idea. All in all I heartily recommend it as a place to stay on St Simon’s.

Great Stay

Highly recommend! The complex was quiet and tucked away, the inside ambiance set the perfect tone for a relaxing getaway. The house itself was clean and well-maintained, with modern amenities that made our stay comfortable. The kitchen was fully equipped, making it easy to prepare meals. The bedrooms were cozy and spacious while the living area was tastefully decorated and provided a great space for unwinding after a day in the sun. Location-wise, this beach house was unbeatable. We walked to the pier and playground each morning, then drove to the public beach access for the afternoons. We enjoyed the pool area in the evening, that was a must for our kids! The host wears incredibly accommodating and responsive, ensuring that we had everything we needed for a perfect stay. Overall, this beach house met our expectations and provided a truly memorable vacation. We can't wait to return!

Great family stay

We just spent 5 nights here and we had a great time! My husband, myself and our 3 kids (4, 10, and 11) stayed in the condo. The location is awesome, super close to restaurants and the pier. Check in and check out process was super easy. The kids loved the pool and so did I! The pool goes from 3 ft to 7 ft. We also spent a day at the public pool off the pier which was a lot of fun. We ended up having some car issues and asked Fritz if we could extend our stay by a night. Fritz was very responsive and let us extend the stay which we are very appreciative of. Also, the kitchen had the supplies we needed to cook meals at home and we used the laundry machine to clean some clothes as well! Overall a great time in St Simons!

Nice townhouse, centrally located

This place was pretty nice. It was spacious and centrally located on St. Simon’s. We really enjoyed the pool and the convenience to being less than a ten minute drive from anywhere. It was interesting to be sort of part of an apartment complex? But I guess that makes it safer since it’s full of locals. East beach is very close but still necessary to drive or bike. I would highly recommend bringing bikes or renting them for the week. The place itself was nice. The beds were not great and could use better mattresses. The tv in the second room wasn’t hooked up but we didn’t tell the host, we just didn’t use it. On site laundry was great. Couch is very uncomfortable but we made due. Host was very responsive on our first night.

Very thin walls

No fault of owner but a dog with non stop barking was on one side and on the other someone coughing. With very thin walls the TV was set to loud! Water pressure for toilets and shower very low. Proximity to everything was good. Queen mattress made it hard to sleep. Not a place for large people.
