Great unit inside of a great complex. Nice grounds for evening walks, centered around a pond for duck watching. Two pools and a small park for children was a huge plus. Located under a mile to the village for quick trips for dinner and shopping!

Easy access to beach, village and pools. Clean, host easy to work with. Worked well for 2 adults and 3 boys. However, the sleeper sofa was not comfortable! Overall, very nice!

Hey David, Glad you enjoyed your stay! Sorry to hear about the sleeper sofa being uncomfortable. We actually replaced the mattress earlier this year so that is disappointing to hear. We will look into replacing it entirely. Thanks, Kurt

We had an amazing stay. The location was amazing- we were steps away from the pool. The neighbors and community are wonderful especially with kids. Everyone was so friendly and knew my kids names and greeted them as we walked around the grounds at night.Everything in the home was super clean! The place was very cute and just the right size for my two children, my husband and mother in law.We would definitely stay again!

We stayed here last year and decided to come back this year. Kurt’s condo is perfect for our family which includes two older boys. The condo is clean, and the kitchen is well stocked with items needed for cooking. It is close to Pier Village by foot or car. One of the pools is right around the corner from the condo, which was great for the kids. There are many things to do that are close by the condo. We will continue to stay here when visit St. Simons Island.

Just Perfect

I wanted a holiday vacation for my family and found this gem and it was just perfect. Great location just minutes from the beach, nearby parks, restaurants, the pier etc it has everything we needed and more. Thank you for a memorable holiday vacation

We had a wonderful stay. The condo was perfect for our family of 4, which includes 10 and 14 year old boys. It was close enough to walk to many places, and the pools were nice. Kurt was very responsive with any questions we had. We would definitely stay here again.

Extremely clean and comfortable. Perfect location, close to everything we wanted to do. Great communication with the host. Loved the communal grills on site for use. Especially appreciated the pool to cool down and relax in. Would stay here again.

This condo is perfect for a beach getaway. It is conveniently located near the shops, pier and restaurants. I had a question about the air conditioner and the host responded immediately. We would definitely stay here again.
