You will love being just a short stroll or bike ride away from the enchanting Pier Village, Lighthouse, and peaceful beaches, this location offers an idyllic coastal lifestyle. Immerse yourself in serenity with exclusive amenities, including a pool, scenic lagoons, tennis courts, and a fitness center. Additionally, there is a beautiful park right next door, adorned with moss-covered live oaks, a dog park, pickleball, and basketball courts.

Great Location & Hosts

This condo was exactly as shown and described! The location was perfect providing a nice 10 minute walk to the pier village. The condo is nicely decorated, equipped, and maintained making our stay incredibly enjoyable. The hosts were exceptionally responsive and thoughtful ensuring we had a comfortable and wonderful stay. Without doubt, we will stay at this condo in the future.

Wedding weekend

We had a fabulous stay in St Simons Island. The condo was perfect and walking distance to everything. It was very clean and quiet, also easy to find once we found Harbour Oaks. Host were very responsive and helpful. Thank you for a wonderful weekend!

Awesome stay!

Our stay at this condo was wonderful! Our hosts were very helpful and everything was clean. It looks exactly like the pictures. Loved the beach theme furnishings and decorations. It is walking distance to food and shops. I would absolutely recommend this condo and hosts!

Winter Getaway

Our stay at Peaceful Tides was most ideal. The condo is so spacious, clean, cheery, peaceful and very nicely appointed. We enjoyed the space's style and comfort. We felt like the owners were able to strike a wonderful balance between charm and practicality. The condo is in such a great location which we found easily walkable to the Pier Village, the Lighthouse and the beach. The owners are very hospitable, kind and we enjoyed the suggestions they provided on their favorite eateries. Thanks so much, Jim and Lee, for making our St. Simons Island vacation so positively memorable.

best weather

The condo was very comfortable, we had no problems with anything. Our new dog had a great time also. We have stayed in several different places on the island, this by far was our favorite.

Super family friendly

We loved staying at Peaceful Tides! We have two small children and the space was perfect. Close to the beach, walking distance to ice cream, and most importantly a pool to go to on days when we didn't want to brave the sand. My husband is a dog trainer and we were especially thankful to find a place that allowed our two dogs to come with us. We will stay here again!

The perfect getaway

We couldn't have been more pleased with our stay at this cute little condo! The layout is great, the furniture is comfortable, and the hosts are incredibly easy to communicate with. It was the perfect spot to hop around SSI shops and restaurants. We can't wait to book our next stay here!

Lovely, spacious condo, very clean, with very nice and accommodating owners. Harbour Oaks is a wonderful location - walking distance to the Village, shops, dining, recreation (including pickle ball and tennis), and the beach.

Relatively short stay for a golf tournament in the area but the location was ideal to tournament location and the restaurants downtown. Property owner actively responded to inquiries and the condition of the property was top-notch and would highly recommend staying at the location

Family Vacation

My family stayed here for a week in May. This property was very nice, and clean. The condo has everything you need for a comfortable stay while on vacation. The beds were comfortable, and the neighborhood is very quite. The owners/ property management is fantastic ! Super attentive, and made sure we had all the information we needed for a easy check-in , and stay. We will definitely return for another stay .

Peaceful community

Peaceful tides! It’s a perfect name for this small community of condos. Our second level unit was quiet, beautifully decorated, clean and had everything we needed for our three night stay on St. Simons Island . The hosts were attentive and communication was great! I would definitely stay here again!

Guaranteed enjoyment

This property is beautiful, perfectly located, quiet, ultra convenient! You can’t go wrong here. Everything was so lovely, so clean, so comfy. Lots of space for relaxing with family. It is also very close to restaurants and shopping, although you would never know it once you enter the beautiful iron gate of the luscious community. Feels like you’re miles from civilization, when you’re seconds away.

Our stay at this beautiful condo was amazing. It was everything we wanted. Nice accommodations. Great area for venturing out to see the town of St. Simons. Would highly recommend this rental. Communication with the property managers was great. They provided all the info we needed before coming.

Amazing condo near downtown

We've come to St. Simmons several times now and this by far has been the best place we stayed. Excellent location in gated community. Clean, comfortable and beautifully decorated. Everything was perfect and we just wished we had another couple fo days to stay. Easy walk to dowtown shopping and restaurants. Quiet area with friendly neighbors. Definitely recommend and we'll look to stay here again in the future. Cheers!

Fantastic getaway

We are addicted to Pickleball and the courts are just a short walk from Peaceful Tides. So is dining, shopping, beach and pier. The condo is bright and well decorated. Can't say enough good things about this condo. We had a great time and will return again. Thanks to the wonderful owners.

Beautiful and clean

The host has thought of everything. The split bedroom plan is perfect. Very, very clean and comfortable. We loved the location. Our contact with Jim always had a prompt response. We will most definately stay here again.

Impeccable hosting and pristine apartment.

We had a fabulous 4-night stay at Peaceful Tides. The location can’t be beat: quiet and restful, yet within easy walking distance to restaurants, pier, a beautiful park and of course the beach! Our hosts were very welcoming and the condo beautiful, pristine and very well appointed. We did not lack for anything and found ourselves enjoying relaxing inside in the hottest part of the day. We are no strangers to the loveliness of SSI but this is our first stay at Peaceful Tides and we will surely be back!

Perfect Weekend Getaway on St. Simons Island

The condo is in a beautiful, quiet setting and offered the perfect balance of comfort, convenience and coastal charm. The space was clean, tastefully decorated and included all of the amenities one could need. The location of the condo was ideal for exploring St. Simons Island. Situated in close proximity to the beach, shopping, and dining options. Our favorite activity was biking to the pier to watch the dolphins playing in the water. Booking was easy and we would definitely stay here again!

My wife and I live north of Atlanta, we visited a few times and we fell in love with St. Simons Island. Our favorite location was Harbour Oaks - We purchased our condo in 2023 and we hope you and your family will be able to enjoy it as much as we do.

We wanted to be as close to the village as possible. Harbour Oaks was our favorite complex because it was steps from the village, gated, peaceful and very private.

Qué distingue a esta propiedad

The previous owners had done an amazing job completely updating the condo. The kitchen has been opened up to the dining and living areas, it also provides new appliances and a granite bar for extra dining. It took us a while to settle on a name - but the word we heard from everyone who visited was "peaceful" - So we love the name "Peaceful Tides".
