Great place to visit. The kids loved the creek. Loved the view from the deck and close to everything. Found Barbers apple orchard and bakery right down the road and it was amazing! A groundhog came to visit several times as well!

This vacation home and property are a 10/10! Located close to Waynesville and the Blue Ridge Parkway, with five acres of privacy and a mountain view. The home is well maintained and stocked with everything you need to enjoy your stay. The check in process and communication were flawless. I highly recommend this vacation home! And yes, having five acres with 2 dogs was a blessing and a lot of fun!

Mountain stay

Property well maintained, beautiful views, house was well stocked with everything we needed. Close to shopping and downtown.

Great mountain town Christmas

We loved our time in the mountains, great shops, food and the cabin was a great place to unwind. Loving room was cozy, property was great for the dogs and they loved hanging out on the deck too.

Lovely house and Beautiful Views

Perfect size for our family including the 4 legged ones. Was perfect location to get away and go get our Christmas Tree at the tree farm.

Great!

Comfortable and clean. Just far enough out to be private but close enough for runs into town. Would definitely stay again!

Wonderful Location

Property is well maintained and very clean inside. Owners were responsive to questions and requests. This is our second time at this property but not the last.

Beautiful home for our family. Location was perfect for our trip. One flight of stairs up to the main level. Parking was good had to be careful with the turn around. The hosts are amazing at making sure everything is ready for your stay. We absolutely loved the patio and the mountain view beneath the stars. Highly recommend!

We have stayed here several times. House is clean and well stocked with kitchen supplies. Has an excellent view and is an easy drive to shopping and restaurants. We will be back…

Happy New Year!

We enjoyed our stay in Waynesville, ringing in the New Year in the beautiful mountains. The house had everything we needed and was close to many amenities and nice restaurants. We definitely recommend this home and will put it on our list of favorites for future visits.

Amazing view and property

This house is not only super clean and beautifully appointed, but the property is amazing. Every morning we would walk the dogs around the property and enjoy the view and the creek that ran through it.

Excellent stay! Highly recommend

Me and my wife stayed here for 4 days and it was 4 days too short! There really is nothing better than waking up, having a fresh cup of coffee on the porch, looking at the mountains and hearing the birds chirp. Coming from the city, this is just what we needed! We will definitely be back here again soon!

Beautiful views, spotless home, great hosts

We loved our stay! The house is perfect with amazing views. It's centrally located with many scenic drives and beautiful hiking areas all within easy driving distance. There is also easy access to shopping for anything you need and a fully stocked kitchen. Waynesville is a cute small town with plenty of good restaurants. MJ and Steve were great hosts.

Perfect Spring Experience

Perfect setting to experience the magic of Spring. All the positive reviews are true. A terrific place for a quiet, private and relaxing stay with a great view and morning birdsong. The property owners are responsive and friendly. We will be returning!

Beautiful Views

We rented both units on this property and were very happy with both rentals. Owners were great to work with and the check in/out process was very easy. Views are amazing from this house. If you hike, you are near all major trails. We will be back for sure

Great place

My family visits Waynesville every year during Thanksgiving for hiking and staying away from the crowds. This place is great for that! When we arrived there was a smoke alarm beeping from a low battery and it took less than 10 minutes from notifying the hosts for them to have a neighbor come over and fix it. Great experience!

Exceeded expectations, again

Great location. A wonderful home with a wonderful view of the mountains. Well maintained, outfitted and decorated. Mary Jeanne the host came over and introduced herself to me and we had a great conversation. Everything we hoped for in a mountain retreat. This was our second visit and we’re planning on returning.

Exceptional Mountain Home

A very well maintained home with the promised “million dollar view”. Well furnished maintained and decorated with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Great location with easy access to Waynesville, The Blue Ridge Parkway and of course apple donuts at Barber Orchard. Highly recommend. We shall be back.
