We had a wonderful stay at this bungalow. Our hosts were so accommodating. When we arrived we found they had stocked the refrigerator with food and drink. It was clean and cozy with a wonderful deck and patio. Theresa and Ed were so helpful. We will definitely return!

Truly Gorgeous View of Seneca Lake! Sunrise to sunset! The patio and porch absolutely stunning! The photos of the property are spot on but photos just can not capture the absolute beauty of the area, it has the "WOW" factor. The cottage is very cozy and so quiet and peaceful. Theresa and Ed are delightful. Very accommodating! Definitely will be back!!!

Theresa and Ed are THE MOST WONDERFUL Hosts!The house is old and creaky.. Bu that said, the view , silence, peace, the hospitality, location, and the serenity that comes with it out weighs it all...Its just a few mins from Watkins Glenn, all possible yummy restaurants and the lake Seneca!!!Again - Ed and Theresa's hospital- filled refrigerator- with cheese, crackers, wine, beer, drinks, coffee, oatmeal, milk .. they thought of EVERYTHING.... Just everything....I will go back over and over again....

Great stay!

This was a great home base for us as we explored the areas around Seneca and Cayuga Lakes. We very much appreciated the stocked fridge when we arrived, the place was clean and quiet, the view to the lake was gorgeous, and Teresa and Ed were excellent communicators both before and during our stay.

Great place

We really enjoyed our stay here. It was great having a nice private living space with a one minute drive into town. I would recommend this place to others and stay here again.

Cute cottage in great location

We really enjoyed our stay here. The cottage is charming and cozy with beautiful views. The bed was really comfortable. Perfect location, a short 2 minute drive into town. We’d definitely stay here again!

This was our second stay at Theresa’s and Ed’s lovely property. Very quiet, with a beautiful view of Lake Seneca. Fridge is stocked with breakfast goodies (including juice and muffins), cheese and crackers, a couple of beers and a bottle of wine. Minutes from downtown Watkins Glen. Would gladly stay here again!

Great getaway!

Theresa had the fridge stocked with cheese, crackers, soda, beer, water, and left a bottle of wine as well. The accomodations were clean and comfortable. We had everything we needed at our home base as we explored the area. We would definitely go back!

Perfect location and gorgeous view

This was the perfect place for a long weekend for 2! Comfortable furniture, comfortable bed, cute furnishings, and a fully stocked fridge. With great outdoor spaces and a beautiful view of Seneca Lake and just blocks away from the town in Watkins Glen, we felt that we found a gem!
