Close to where we wanted to be. Fast response from owner, nice pots pans and kitchen utensils. Very enjoyable stay.

License to Chill was spectacular! We had everything we needed and so much more! The furniture was great and the bed was so comfy. The island is an absolute dream and has quickly become our “happy place.” We spent the week finding beautiful seashells and watching gorgeous sunsets from the back screened in porch. Diane is a great host! Thanks for an amazing week!

Wonderful week long stay! Plenty of beach towels and chairs for time on the beach. Kitchen had all the right utensils and dishes. Everything was clean and our stay was quiet and relaxing!

Don Pedro Island is one of our favorite places and the experience at Diane House was incredible. This house is situated in a unique location right on the beach.

The property was very nice and we loved the location! Being so close to the pool and beach was great. We loved Don Pedro Island and how quiet it was. We hope to return.

Great stay on a fun island

Fantastic, very communicative host. The property was exactly as described and the pool was terrific on cooler days. The golf cart makes exploring the island fun and we caught snook and snapper off the dock. Great stay!

Beautiful place

Charming, perfect for sea lovers. The townhouse is clean, cozy, has everything you need, nice decoration, just a step away from the beach. Diane is very attentive and always willing to help, thank you very much for allowing us to enjoy this wonderful place.

Great vacation, second time staying at this property.

This town house is an end unit right on the ocean. Heated pool right next door. The property has everything you need and the owner is very attentive

From start to finish, this vacation was pure perfection, and we cannot recommend this property enough to future renters.What We Loved About the House* Amazing Beach Proximity: You truly cannot beat this location. The unit was wonderful! Location is directly on the beach. Diane was very helpful and quick with her response. Unit was maintained well and fully stocked. Will definitely be back!

Wonderful place to stay!

The beach was beautiful and the kids loved finding all of the shark teeth. Diane was very helpful and responsive. Everyone was so kind and friendly--we even had people offer to watch our kids because they missed their grandkids:). The kayaks, paddle board, golf cart and pool were also a huge plus. Thank you for such a wonderful vacation and we hope to come back again!:)

First Palm Island Trip

Loved the island No crowds. It was nice that kayaks, paddle board, beach chairs, etc. were included with the rental. Diane was easy to work with!

Fantastic Week

We had a great time! Sunsets were beautiful! Couldn't have asked for a better week! Location was perfect! Loved the house and amenities were perfect for our family! Will return!
