Thank you so much for your fantastic review! We’re thrilled to hear that the location was perfect and that the short walk to the beach made your stay even better. It’s wonderful to know the house comfortably accommodated all 32 of you—that’s exactly what we aim for! Thank you, Don! "Hollywood & Divine" is simply the BEST when it comes to big family vacations! Come back to see us soon!

Thank you for staying with us. We’re glad the home worked well for your group. We really appreciate you letting us know about the dryer and outdoor outlet. I’m sorry they couldn’t be fixed during your visit, and we understand how frustrating that is. They, unfortunately, had to be serviced by an electrician and they were not available until after your departure. Thankfully, Hollywood and Divine has two laundry units so hopefully you were not too inconvenienced! We are looking forward to possibly hosting you again in the near future!

Thank you for your review. We’re so glad your group had a wonderful week and enjoyed the home, location, and easy check in process. We appreciate you bringing the maintenance issues to our attention and are happy to hear you were satisfied with how quickly our team responded. We also appreciate your feedback about the towels and dryer. We don’t have a record of either issue being reported during your stay, but we would have been more than happy to accommodate and provide additional towels or assistance with the dryer, especially given the unforeseen circumstance. We’re happy to hear you would stay again and even noticed that you’ve already requested booking dates for next year. We look forward to having you back!

Thanks for this review, Dennis. "Hollywood & Divine" is one our highest quality properties and we aim to maintain it as such. We gladly offer delivery of more towels and amenities to our guests as our office is just around the corner. We also have rapid response maintenance crews to help with issues like TV's not working. Please come back to see us very soon, we thoroughly enjoyed hosting you and your group.

Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We’re glad to hear you enjoyed the spacious layout, proximity to the beach, and nearby restaurants. We also appreciate your notes about the maintenance issues and other areas for improvement. Your comments have been shared with our team to ensure these are addressed so future guests have a smoother experience. We hope to welcome you back for another stay in the future!

As much as love to hear all around 5 stars, this information is so very helpful to our company!
